Hawk sets the last stone in place. As he steps back from the pile of rocks set up in front of a tree his mother had planted a long time ago, he plants his mother's sword in front of the pile. Pyrrha watches from behind him. She didn't know Raven for very long, only around a day or two, but during that time, she had respected her, her ability to earn such admiration and respect from those around her. In her last moments, though Raven showed a different side to what she usually was, she had genuine care and love for Hawk. She begged for Pyrrha to look after Hawk as he would have no one else left. So Pyrrha swore to herself and Raven that she would never leave Hawk as long as she lives, and she plans to keep that promise. Hawk stands after a moment of silence for his mother.

Hawk: "She hated silent moments. Said life should never be quiet and that you should always strive to better yourself." Turning to Pyrrha with his mother's mask, he found. "I know you didn't know her much, and she didn't know you very much. But she told me that fighting the Maiden by yourself was foolish...and truly an act of bravery. In the short time you knew her; she truly had great respect for you. I think this is something she would've let you keep if this day ever came." Handing the mask to Pyrrha as she looked into his dark red eyes.

Pyrrha still couldn't explain what had happened when he went into the main tent, the large explosion of black and red lighting, that creature that ascended from the rubble, how it transformed back into Hawk. But one thing is for sure, Hawk has changed. He constantly lets off a low electric pulse; at times, a small amount of black or red lightning arcs around him, his eyes have a constant glow to them. Of course, he doesn't want to talk about what occurred, but she knows that no matter what, she can't let him face future hardships on his own.

Pyrrha: "I'll make sure I won't fail you..or her." Clipping Raven's mask to her hip. Her outfit has changed a bit as she was able to grab some armor pieces that weren't destroyed from the rubble of the camp, as well as some weapons, a spear, and a buckler that could combine to form a greataxe.

As the two begin to walk away from the tree, a large red flare fires up into the air a couple of miles away.

Hawk: "It seems they found the flare I left for them." Grabbing hold of Pyrrha around the waist. "Don't let go."

Before she could respond, he transforms into his lightning form and shoots his way towards the flare's origin.

In the small abandoned village of Oniyuri, Nora, Ren, and Ruby watched as the flare Ren found and shot into the air, burst apart, and fell back down to the ground.

Ruby: "Are you sure he'll come?"

Ren: "We can only hope."

Nora: "Of course he'll come. Why wouldn't he?"

???: "Yes. Why wouldn't he? HeheheheheheheHAHAHAHA!" They turn to combat positions as they hear the insane, maniacal laughter coming from all around them. The echoes of the laughter bounced off the ruined buildings.

Ruby: "Who's there?!"

???: "Oh little ol' me? I'm all scared and alone. I was sent to find a little rose, and I have searched for so very long. Are you my little rose?" His voice seemed unhinged, like the voice of a madman.

Ren: "What do you want with us?"

Nora: "Are you with Hawk?"

???: "Oh! No, no, no. I am certainly not with "The Talon", hehehehe. And I certainly don't want you two. One loved but can't love, and the other unloved in general. Such a lovely paradoxical couple you'd make. HAHAHAHAHA!!"

Ruby: "Then what do you want?"

???: "Didn't you hear me before? I want you. Little rose."
