I sat in my bunk and wrote in my diary as I listened to Morgan snore above me. As soon as we returned Morgan went to wash up then fell asleep on her bunk. How she is able to fall a sleep in seconds is a mystery to me.
"Hey," I heard Brittney say and I looked over at her, "what's up with Morgan?"
"I don't really know, we left when I think she said Andrius arrived."
"Ooh,"
"What? Why do guys keep acting like you're hiding things from me?"
"Well...you would know too if you didn't have your nose stuck in a book all the time,"
"I just transferred here, how would I know?"
"True, sorry, forgot you moved from the north." Brittney looked back at her phone and said, "Andrius...is a delicate subject for most people here."
"What? Why?"
"He was a hero...He won nationals for a student street racing competition and made Circuit a legal club at this school. Many people idolize him and then suddenly he stopped competing. There have been rumors, but none are very reliable."
"Why did he stop?"
"No one is certain."
"I only ask because Davies wanted to challenge his position as king. If Andrius doesn't compete anymore, why is he still considered as king?"
Brittney looked up at Morgan and sighed, "because no one wants to admit that Andrius will leave forever..."
