"2 turkey and cheese sandwiches, please. Thank you!" I said and took the sandwiches from her after paying my bills.
I walked to the nearest table and sat down. I took a bite of my sandwich and zoned out, my thoughts aimlessly wondering from one thing to another. Then I heard a voice and looked up.
"Hey, I'm Peter, you might have seen me around," a tall blonde boy smiled and held out his hand.
"Hi, I'm Evangelina, but just call me Eva. I think I saw you at Circuit a few days ago then...at the cafe," I said standing up and shaking his hand. I gestured for him to sit.
"Um, I wanted to actually talk to you about that,"
"The conversation in the cafe?"
"Yeah, I wanted to apologize for the noise. They can get pretty...excited."
"It's alright,"
"Could you also do me a favor and not repeat the conversation if you heard anything? It would be best not to cause a school wide...thing..."
"Yeah, for sure. Don't worry about it, I didn't hear much anyways,"
"Ok thanks," he said standing up again, "well, I won't be in your space anymore-"
"Wait...in exchange for the favor, could you tell me why Cassio lost on purpose? Would that mean he is no longer the prince?" I said
"Umm...yeah. Andrius told Cassio to lose the ranking competition so logically, Cassio lost the title as well,"
"Why do you think-"
"I don't know anything okay. Besides this is far from the place to talk about this. See ya later, Eva," Peter said in a low murmur so that I was the only one who could hear him. Then he tapped the table twice before walking to a different table.
