Chapter 14

It's coming. I know. I feel it in my gut. The ships, crashes, power off. But you close your eyes, and nothing happened.

"Take me away.", I whisper in Panes ear. He grabs my hand and steers me to what looks like a ship. And we zoom away. Away from everything behind us. I wish it was like this all the time. Just me and him. When he's gone, I collapse. He suspends me, he keeps me alive. Now I realize that. After so many years, I'm happy. He pulls the ship into a stop. I look out the giant window. I see so many stars. Some even colorful. I can only see on milkyway from a fair distance and the sun on my far left with some planets. It looks so beautiful in person. It takes your breath away. He sits beside me and stares into my glowing eyes. We stayed here for a while, then he took me to see around Tragia. The castle is a giant crystal with colorful features. The whole planet is covered with diamonds and is deep purple. Everything looks perfect and brilliant. "I don't think I never got to tell you," he says as he comes closer and pulls to his chest, "I love you.", he looks deep into my eyes. "I love you too.", he kisses me tenderly, hooking his arms around my waist. Even if I tried to prevent it, his love will always catch me and pull me back in. We break away for breath, and there are things attacking my stomach again. He smiles and my heart goes out of control. I don't know how to act in front of him. Soon enough, he takes me back for dinner.

Cammy POV

I walk down the white halls into the automatic metal doors. Jayce is waiting for at the table. He always takes my breath away. I slowly take a seat and he smiles. When I see him, I don't regret leaving my family. Food is already set on my plate. A little different from Tragia but still good. We eat in silence until his sister comes in. She smiles as well and sits at the end of the tables. She is just to die for. Soft blonde curls, full pink lips, curvy body. "Good evening she says and then goes back to her food. "So, do you like it here so far?", he asks me. "Um, it's fine. I'm having a great experience.", he seems to take this in and goes back to his food. But really, I don't know. Sometimes, I cry knowing that I can't see my family again and around him, I feel fine and happy.

After dinner, he takes me around the castle and make myself comfortable. It is filled with fun and nice people. Tragia sometimes looks fake. But speaking of that, Helen is as well. So butt up nasty. Thinks she can take everyone in, even Jayce, bit doesn't concentrate on my feelings either. Forget about her. I hope she lives the worst alone. Can't even believe we were ever friends or even cousins. Jayce takes me to a better more comfortable room and wishes me a good night. I take a shower, washing off my makeup, and Burke myself in the comfy bed and think about Jayce. I wish I had him all to myself. Imagine, just being in a room with me and him alone. It just makes me happy that I left.

Morning came in refreshing as I took a shower and went for breakfast. Jayce is the first one there, always waiting for me before he starts his meal. This is the only time where his sister isn't around. "I think I have something for you to do today.", he says. "And that is?", I try to hide my desperation. "I'm going to teach you how to ride a ship. First time, you came crashing and would've killed yourself. Wouldn't that be exciting", he waits for my response. "Of course. I'm looking forward.", I say. "Good. We'll start after breakfast. ", he says and we continue our meal.
