Hey guys

Hope you liked the last chapter

So, I didn't like the fact that we never really saw how Troy would react on learning about his friend's betrayal. It also seemed like he forgave them really easily.

So, this chapter is my version of how I would like things to go

------

Who will finally tell Troy about the entire ambush plan?

------

Troy was probably having the worst day of his life.

During homeroom Gabriella wouldn't even look in his direction.

Kelsi was looking at him worried, but Troy couldn't even bring himself to smile at her to reassure her that he was fine.

------

During lunch he almost ran into Gabriella and she finally looked at him for the first time that day.

They stared at each other for a few moments, before she walked away shaking her head.

Chad called out to him, but Troy refused to even sit in the cursed place after Gabriella had just walked away from him, again.

Zeke and Martha had seen the interaction and they couldn't help but feel sorry for their friends.

Martha told Gabriella everything during their scholastic decathlon meeting before Taylor arrived.

Gabriella understood the situation, but she still refused to forgive Troy for saying those hurtful things even if he hadn't meant for her to hear them.

Troy had lost the sense of peace that the garden had provided him for so long.

He took a deep breath and removed his food knowing that his mother would not be happy if he didn't eat it.

Suddenly Troy heard someone come up the stairs and he froze.

The science club maintained the garden, but they never came up during school hours.

He was shocked when he heard Zeke's voice calling out to him.

He turns around to see Zeke and Jason standing in front of him.

Zeke says, "We came to apologise about ambushing you like that. We shouldn't have done that because we know how hard you work."

Troy asks, "Well then why did you even support it?"

Jason replies, "Chad is pretty persuasive and we gave into peer pressure."

Zeke says, "Listen about the singing-"
