Golden (Jasper Hale x OC)

Explaining

Anya pulled away from Jasper, needing air and she was surprised that he hadn't done it earlier since she was almost fainting since she didn't want to pull away.

"Well I uh, I guess that's goodbye... for now" Anya said trying to break the silence between them. 

"Yes, see you soon?" Jasper said with eyes pitch black from lust, mostly for more of her but also for her blood. After so much near contact with her it was a tough challenge to resist. But he couldn't bring himself to hurt her, not in any way but to be able to keep that from happening he had to get out of there and feed.

"Most likely Yes" Anya responded, red as a tomato and full of butterflies. 

Jasper had got in his car and driven away as Anya made her way to her house. In her head she was coming up with thousands of excuses to why she didn't tell them or even leave a note. She knew why but she couldn't tell them that she was almost raped and was comforted by Jasper, who they had never heard of. At least not from her and that would upset them even more. So lying was the only way out.

The girl walked up the old brownish porch taking deep breaths to be able to face her parents but mostly she was processing the fact that Jasper Hale had just kissed her. Thinking back to that moment made her go completely red.

The nervous redhead opened her worn white front door seeing her mom, stepdad and sister in the hallway waiting for her to enter the house.

She already knew that she was in trouble but the look on her parents faces could tell her that she was more than just in trouble. 

"Hi!" Anya said awkwardly to her furious parents. 

"Would you mind to explain where the HELL you have been and WHY you didn't let us know!?" Her stepfather yelled at her making the nervous girl even more nervous and feeling tear form in her eyes, she knew exactly where this was going. 

"Look i'm sorry, I forgo-" The teenage girl stared but was immediately interrupted by her stepdad.

"Do not play that game with me!" He yelled "I just wan't you tell the truth!" 

"Okay!" she yelled back tossing her shoe of her feet almost crying about the fact how hard it was.

"Don't raise your voice at me!" Her stepdad, Scott snapped at her. He could not tolerate anybody raising there voice at him or having the slightest attitude towards him, that's probably why him and Anya fought so often.

"I'm sorry" Anya said even tho she wasn't she just wanted to scream even more at him telling him that he had nothing to do with her life knowing that it would just get worse for her. 

But she didn't, she just wanted to try and stay as calm as possible so that she could go up to her room and stay there.

"I was at my friend Rosalie's" Anya explained, she didn't technically lie she just left out a great deal of the actual truth. 

"Who's her parents?" Scott asked. He always did this, he needed to know everything about everyone that Anya even spoke too. But he had never ever done it to his biological son Max who was in collage. He was always free to do whatever he wanted and it always pissed Anya of, the only excuse he ever had was that she was a girl. She was just a girl.

"Dr. Carlisle Cullen and Esme Cullen, that's her adoptive parents" She explained.

"Okay, and why didn't you just send a message that you would spend the night with your friend?"

"Because I... didn't originally plan on sleeping at her place and then I ended up doing it anyways and... then my eh phone died and we fell asleep" She lied, well almost lied there was like a little bit of the actual truth in what she said. 

"I know that you're lying and if this ever happens again I swear you're going to be grounded for life!" her stepfather loudly said.

And then he left the hallway and Anya sat on the floor surprised about the fact that she managed to avoid a fight that ended in tears. When he had left Anya ran up to her room and laid in her bed. Her mind almost immediately went to her kiss with Jasper and she could feel her cheeks heat up and the butterflies forming in the stomach and just thinking about Jasper and his smirk, his accent and southern charm made her heart flutter but also made a wide smile spread across her face.

Jasper's POV

I parked my black car in the garage and went inside to face my family, I had a feeling that Alice had already seen my and Anya's kiss coming and had she probably already told everybody about it.

I went into the living room where they all sat. Edward by his piano, Rosalie reading a magazine in Emmett's lap, Alice playing with Simon's curly hair while he was discussing something with Carlisle and Esme. 

I wanted to avoid every question they could possibly have so I tended to just sneak past them already knowing that it wouldn't work. 

Surprisingly none of them said anything until I felt Edward snoping trough my thoughts that were about Anya. 

He stopped playing the piano and his head turned towards me and so were now everybody else's. 

I gave Edward a 'Please don't say anything or I'll let the Major out and kill you' look but surprise, surprise he didn't listen. 

Edward decided to break the awkward silence by saying "Jasper kissed Anastasia" 

The remaining six vampire heads now looked just at me. I scanned there emotions and Alice was probably the most excited, she was ecstatic and happier than everyone combined well except me of course. Alice let out a squeal of excitement and jumped up from the couch and started jumping up and down as if she had just found out we where engaged. 

She hugged Simon, me, Rosalie,  Edward and said that she would definitely hug Anya tonight when they were going shopping. 

"I'm proud of you son" Carlisle told me while clapping my shoulder "I'm sure that she is going to make very happy" He knew I had been alone for along time now, they all knew. I had been alone for over a hundred years and I've seen everyone in my family together with someone since 50 years back, well everybody except for Edward.
