"You didn't have to come. I'm fine."
Richard looked at his daughter. She was red eyed but not defeated. He slowly extended his arm so she had time to avoid his hold.
He hugged her and started rocking them together.

"I'm not only available when things go wrong. Even if you are fine i can still be here for you. And its also okay not to be fine."
Kai felt comforted. She stayed within his arms and closed her eyes.
If a tear slipped out then nobody will tell.
They sat down to talk, Richard taking the game chair looking thing.
"You need to move to an apartment if you wont stay home like the twins. Unrelated to this of cause just judging your space."
Kai laughed. "Your upbringing is showing."
"I have no shame whatsoever.  I have worked too long and too hard for me not to splurge on my kids. I do realise its a privilege my ability to do so. Just reconsider okay."
"Okay. Did you get a hold of Dan?"
"Oh yes. He was ready to rush in here guns blazing. He said he is on standby for whatever or however you need him."
"Okay. I just need to know who gave it to Otis. I know Otis was the one who pasted it all over school. He doesn't like me much. Finding the deliveryman will help me nail Otis."
"I understand that. But you also have legal high ground here. You can sue for damages if you desire. Given its everywhere more advantageous for you."
"I'll consider suing. Right now i just need Dan and his credentials to scare out a confession and hopefully i can break the fuckers nose without getting arrested."
"A broken nose will be enough for this? This is an invasion of privacy and also a failure upon the school's part. No one has called you or me for a meeting or even an apology. There is no way no professor has seen this but no one has made a move."
"My professor thinks its my problem to fix."

"Calm down. Its fine."
"Its not fine Kai. You should have been able to tell Zoe or your friends on your own terms. Now the whole school knows and that was unnecessary to use a civil word."
"Fine. I'll let Dan run point but taking it to court is last resort. Lets find a way of dealing with this without that."

Kai felt like she had gone through the wringer. She was drained and felt sapped of energy by the end of the week.
The school kept buzzing with gossip. Lewd remarks and vulgar messages to see her dick were sent to her.
In the same breath she had some students telling her they are in full support of her.
One even confessed to being intersex as well but on a different note than her.
She felt both humbled and livid.

Dan did what he does best, find evidence and information on unsavoury people.
Kai's medical record was accessed from.the clinic.
A little checking of passkeys revealed only 4 people had access to the medical records on the computers.
A doctor, a nurse and two medical students listed as assistants.
All 4 were given the questioned and informed of the consequences.
"If you did it please come forward and the consequences at worst is a fine for invasion of privacy. If i have to keep digging around I'll make sure this gets to court and you get a record for criminal behaviour. No hospital or clinic will want to hire you after that. You have till end of day."

Dan walked from the clinic and found Kai waiting for him outside the building. "Did you get a name?"
"No but i have strong hunch on who it is. Dont worry i wont take it to court cause you dont want that but I'llmake it memorable."
"Thanks Dan."
"You could say uncle Dan you know."
"I know. Bye and thanks. Dan."
Kai johged away from him whilst chuckling.
Dan muttered to himself as he walked to his car. "What a little shit."

Inside the clinic Henry was panicking, pacing and puling at his hair as he waited for Otis.
Otis rolled in the room, a smirk on his face still riding the high from his most recent endeavour.
Though it was crushing down fast. The bitch kept strutting around campus like she was royalty when she's not even a woman. And damn it Zoe stayed by her side through it all. But everyone knew what a freak she was.
"Hey man why you look so upset. That trannie got qhat she deserved. Me and the boys gonna pay our respects later today."
"Fuck man you cant say shit like that. I helped you cause it wasn't supposed to come back to me but she's got a big shot lawyer and he can ruin my career before it starts."
"He won't know shit if you dont open your mouth."
"Nah man. Your little pissing contest wont cost me my future."
Otis grabbed him by the hoodie and pushed him into the wall.
"I'll be the one to end you if you open your mouth you hear me! That trannie f*g will get whats coming to her."
Henry pushed him off. Better to be beaten up but he wasn't messing up his career for Otis.
"Then do your own dirty work and dont ask for favours. Dont come near me again or I'll let the dean know about but your little side hustle."
He walked off leaving Otis fuming.
