"This is where you can sleep I guess." Rindou opened the door to a room that was averagely decorated. Still bland compared to your room at home.

"There's no beddings Rin." You pointed at the plain bed with no sheets, just a pillow and blanket.

"Oh." He scratched his head. "I'll get Koko to buy you one. Just send me the one you want on imessage."

"Sanzu broke my phone." You stated with a hiss in your tone.

"Oh." Man this was awkward. "Koko can buy you a new phone."

"Thanks." You pushed him out and slammed the door. Sliding down onto the floor, you admired your new room.

You really didn't want to be here.

Meanwhile, Rindou made his way to Koko rooms to inform him about you.

"Absolutely not." Koko laughed at Rindou's suggestion.

"Wha- why?! You have way too much money than you need. Just spare me some? Please?"

"Cause I'm not giving you money to spend on some chick who's most likely going to die within the next week or so." He stated while counting the pile of money in his hand, half was spread out on his desk.

"She's not going to die."

"Yeah okay. She's not gonna survive either. She's going to be locked up in her room forever? Either way she's not making it out here alive."

"What if she joins us?" Rindou suggested and Koko scoffed.

"Seems like I know her more than you do. She would never do that."

"I didn't mean join us like that. I mean she could earn our trust slowly like become a maid or a cook or some shit."

"She would poision us. Have you seen her mouth? It's like she forgets were criminals sometimes. Her words sting." He was referring to the incident with Mochi, Rindou thought.

"Well don't get on her bad side and maybe she won't? She wouldn't poison me that's for sure." Rindou said as if it was a flex.

Kokonoi simply eyed Rindou up and down, before moving back to his desk to count his money. "Cause she slept with you?"

"Well we didn't sleep yet-,"

"Don't lie. We all heard the noises that one night. We were all in the living room when it happened Rin".

"Well youre bound to hear much more than that." Rindou stood up and walked out of the door.

Kokonoi watched the door slam shut and rolled his eyes. "He's so whipped."

You laid stomach flat on the bed, wondering what your life had come to. You missed your family, you missed your house. You missed your neighbour.

You hope she was okay, since her son is back and all. Hoping he didn't kill her yet or hurt her. Shaking your head to let all of the bad thoughts out, you wondered how you were going to leave this place.

Even if you did make it out of the building alive, where would you go from there? Your phone was broken, you couldn't call an Uber, you don't even know where this place is so walking home wouldn't be an option.

As if on cue, you had a lightbulb moment and Rindou knocked on your door.

"Y/n, can I come in?"

You stood out of bed, adjusting your clothes and moving towards the door.

"I actually needed to talk to you." You smiled and grabbed his hand, dragging him inside your room, towards your bed.

"About what?" He tilted his head confused, waiting for you to continue.
