Life SUCKS.

I'm tired of you all

      Joseph looked at me shocked after understanding what I meant. I refused to cry. I also know Joseph isn't lying. It might have been a bet but I'm sure he loves me. He was with me for three years for a bet? That's insane. There is only one thing I need to do. I need to confront Samuel. I'm not bold enough for something like that,but I will do it. I have to do it. I must do it. And before Joseph could say anything I ran to to class like never before. I ran because I felt every second,every minute,every moment matters at this point. I want to know the truth and nothing but the truth. Joseph ran after me and just had to prove how athletic he is. Just as I was about to reach our classroom he out ran me and held me back.

    "You ain't thinking straight right now. Calm down,I don't want you doing something you will regret". I wasn't paying attention to him. I was only looking for an opening and when I found one. I pushed him and ran into the class panting. Samuel was already in class. Infact everyone was already in class. Why is everyone suddenly early today? But it's none of my business. My only business right now is Samuel and I screamed out loud.

   "Samuel I will like to talk to you alone outside", and like lightening all heads turned to me. And for once I let them stare without being scared. I won't give them the satisfaction this time. I refuse to always be the bullied one. I have reached the peak,I won't take it anymore.
    Samuel ignored me and continued gisting with his friends while starring at me. Maybe trying to figure me out.
    
      "Why are you all starring at me. I'm tired of you all! Do I look different today? Did I apply any makeup? Did I put on the wrong uniform? Quit starring at me like that already. It's already too much. I'm not a new student".
     "Ofcourse you're not. You're a scholarship student. And what makes you think you can just come here and tell us what to do and what not to do. It's our eyes and you should be glad we atleast notice you", Glory,the most dumbest girl in the class said.

    "Maybe that's why your parents got you glasses. Because your eyesight is terrible. I mean if you can't use those eyes to read and make them proud. They atleast made sure you had perfect eyesight to admire the best. To watch the scholarship student you envy so much because they know,you're too dumb to use it for anything else!", I shot back and some were shocked, some were surprised but Glory was angry and Sofia was smiling.

      "Does anyone have anything else to say? Try me,I'm ready for just anyone. I'm tired of being quiet. The only difference between you guys and me is that you were lucky enough to be born rich. But enough of being the spoilt brats you're. You might be rich today but what about tomorrow? Always think about that. And if you do have anything to say. Please do,I'm open to comments". I replied boldly. And for the first time ever everywhere was quiet. No one said anything. Sofia surprisingly stood up and started clapping and Joseph joined in. But that's not what I'm here for.
    "Samuel I said I need to talk to you". I said ignoring the cheers and the envious, scared, shocked and amazed faces of some individuals. But Samuel ignored me again and I lost it. I went over to him and dragged him by the collar surprising everyone once more and everywhere was quiet.

   
    "Treasure,get your dirty hands off me. I thought we're over", Samuel whispered peeling my fingers off him. And I slapped  him because I lost it. I have lost it. And he hit me back. Samuel slapped me. He slapped me. The slap kept on repeating in my head.
     "How dare you hit a girl", Joseph ran towards him and punched him.
     "You should be ashamed of yourself", Sofia said and ran over to me,to console me but I pushed her away and she looked hurt.

       "Joseph please stop! It's between  the both of us". I said moving close to Samuel again.
     "I see what you're doing. First you come in here, shouting my name like the mad woman you're. Then next you hit me because I don't want you? And then you made your best friend or your secret lover try to beat me up. Really you're more than a scholarship student. You're trying to rub heads with the rich now ehn?", Samuel spat so bitterly.

   Joseph punched him again and Samuel punched him in return. I dragged Joseph back immediately and told him to calm down.
     "Someone's trying to show how strong he is. I mean I'm impressed", Samuel said while touching his bruised cheeks. "But it's alright bro, just because you didn't have her first doesn't mean you should throw tantrums. I mean I did enjoy her yesterday. She was ti...", before Samuel could complete his sentence,he was hit again. But this time by Sofia. And he didn't retaliate. He only smiled at her.
