It was beautiful.

The Forest of Forever Fall had always mesmerized Blake Belladonna whenever she'd visit. The place was beautiful for most, but for her, there was something special about this place. The red leaves of every tree, every bush, and every plant, along with the red hue of the sky always brought a sense of calm to her. It was the only place on Remnant where she found genuine peace in the circumstances of the place she almost felt forced to call "home", and the people she had a hard time viewing as "friends".

But this was her life, and she had no right to complain. At least, that's what everyone told her whenever she made any attempt to express any form of concern.

Blake was a fair-skinned young woman with wavy black hair and amber eyes. She was a faunus, a type of human with some form of animal trait. Her faunus trait was a pair of black cat ears on top of her head.

She wore a black, buttoned vest with coattails and a single silver button on the front. Underneath this was a white, sleeveless, high necked, crop undershirt and white shorts with a zipper on the front of each leg.

She also wore black low-heeled boots and full stockings with a color gradation of black to purple at her ankles. Her emblem was visible on the outside of both thighs just below her shorts in white. On her left arm was a black detached sleeve with a silver cuff around her bicep, and black ribbons were wrapped around both forearms. A small, loose, black scarf was wrapped around her neck, and a gray magnetic backpack was strapped to her back, hidden by her hair. She often kept her weapon attached to the magnetic backpack when she was not using it.

A black ribbon was tied with a large bow on the top of her head, with her cat ears hidden inside the loops. She wore purple eye shadow in a cat's eye style.

Her cat ears picked up the sound of footsteps approaching her from behind. She didn't need to turn around to know who it was.

"Blake," Adam Taurus said. "It's time."

He was a tall faunus with a lean built and auburn hair that spikes backward in a windswept way. His hair was red, with streaks of brown. His faunus heritage was a bull, and he had two reddish-black horns, one on each side of his head, also seemingly slanted back.

Adam wore an asymmetrical black, long-sleeved, double-breasted stylized high-collared blazer with slit sleeves along with red thorn sigils adorned with a white crest that lined up on his left shoulder. His suit jacket had crimson lining atop his red shirt, with red thorn sigils atop a black flap attached to the bottom of the left hem and his wilting rose emblem on the back over an emblazoned white sigil resembling the curved stems and flower of the deadly nightshade plant. His blazer was half-buttoned, exposing a red shirt with a black line running parallel to his collar under it.

He wore a whitish-tan mask over his eyes with red, Japanese style, horn-like symbols decorating the front and two slits on each side presumably to allow for vision.

He wore long black dress pants, black shoes with red soles and black gloves with red sigils resembling the letter Ω.

He wore a black belt with white domino marks on it.

He was a leader of the White Fang, an organization of faunus fighting for freedom. Blake was one of their most well-known members, as the daughter of Ghira Belladonna, the former High Leader of the White Fang, and current chieftain of Menagerie, the island where faunus had been banished years ago.

When Ghira had been in charge, the White Fang had been a group of peaceful protests, fighting for equal rights between humans and faunus. But when he had left, a new leader had taken over, and now the White Fang was practically a terrorist organization.
