ISANG LIVE talk show sa channel eight ng media corporation.One of the tv station here in Singapore.At panauhin si Chef Dannah Garcia, a head chef of Xprience, the restaurant at Sofitel So Singapore in Robinson Road, she had created her own version of the local favourite in form of a risotto.

The thirty two year old, who took part in the Singaporean of reality TV show Top Chef.
" It makes more sense for me to use a grain in Asia instead of pasta.It's more linked to the culture", Dannah said.

The dishes she makes may sound like fusion food, but she prefers to call it" travelling cuisine".

" The items here are from what I learnt in my travels.When I travel, I pick up different ingredients from different countries and here at Xprience, I in corporate them into the menu", she says.

She has lived here for a seven year in Singapore.
Before she's coming here in Singapore, she's worked in Sofitel Philippines Plaza Manila for a year as the chef de cuisine.

" What is the essential ingredient in your kitchen? The Tv host asked her.

" Extra virgen oil, I cannot cook with other oils.I love the taste of it.It is really fruity and has a fresh taste at the back of your mouth.I don't use a particular brand, but I like Spanish olive oils".

" What is your favourite supper haunt?"

" I love going to the Din Tai Fung outlet at Wisma Atria and having the steamed chili crab xiao bao there".

" What is your favourite dish to make at home?"

" I love salads with a lot of ingredients."

" What are your favourite salad ingredients?"

" I like asparagus, sugar pea, beetroot and pumpkin seeds".

" What is your favourite salad dressing?"

" I love soya sauce, lemon, ginger and extra virgen olive oil dressing.I always have one bottle in my fridge".

" Where did you learn how to fold siew mai?"

" I learn how to make siew mai from a Chinese chef when I was working in Manila.I'm not the fast at folding, but I'm getting better".

" There are guest chefs who come to Xprience to showcase their culinary finesse.Is it very distracting?"

" No, infact it is more interesting to have these guest chefs in the kitchen, it's like having new blood with more ideas around".

" Is it hard to manage kitchen staff with guest chefs around?"

" It's not very hard as the staff in the kitchen see it as a good opportunity for them to learn".

" Miss Dannah Garcia, thank you so much for coming tonight as our guest for this reality tv show".

" You're most welcome, Miss Fengxi Chua. Thank you also for inviting me as one of you're guest in this talk show, I'm honored for that".

Natapos ang inteview ni Dannah sa tv station na iyon.Pagkalabas niya ay kaagad siya sumakay ng sariling kotse niya para pumunta na siya ng airport.She's back in Philippines after in seven years.

MANILA PHILIPPINES-Ninoy Aquino International Airport.Halos kakalapag lang ng eroplano na sinasakyan ni Dannah.Tatlong oras lang ang tinagal nang byahe niya from Singapore to Philippines.Ilang minuto pa ang hinintay nilang mga pasahero bago tuluyan na bumaba ng eroplano.Nang nakababa na sila ay kaagad ni Dannah, tinungo ang arrival.Tinahak niya na ang daan palabas ng arrival.Maalinsangan panahon ng kamaynilaan ang sumalubong sa kanya nang nasa labas na siya ng airport.
