Scotland, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, 2nd September, 1991

"Oh, I almost forgot!" Harry suddenly said as the trio wandered around Hogwarts after having lunch at the Great Hall with the rest of the Gryffindors. "Hagrid sent me a letter during breakfast, he wants us to visit him this afternoon."

"Why didn't you say so earlier?" Lilith asked, an eyebrow raised as she stared at her brother.

"I forgot, remember?" the boys laughed, but when they noticed that she wasn't joining them, they quickly quieted down. "Besides, I was nervous about Potions and that turned out to be perfectly justified. "

Ron and Lilith nodded their heads, remembering how awful Snape was to the Gryffindors, specially Harry.

"I still can't believe he made us loose another point with the excuse that you were the reason why Neville failed his potion! He wasn't even your partner!" the Weasley exclaimed, completely furious with that horrible wizard and Lilith patted his shoulder sympathetically.

"Uncle Remus told me that our dad used to get in all kinds of trouble, maybe it's a family thing?" she commented, shrugging her shoulders and Harry mirrored the action.

When they finally got to the school grounds, the trio could see a small hut in the distance made of wood and stone, and next to it was a tiny garden, where a few vegetables were growing.

Harry knocked on the door and they could hear rustling inside the house and, occasionally, one or two mighty barks, but that quickly stopped when Hagrid opened the door with a smile on his face. "Hello!"

The trio greeted the half-giant back and Lilith noticed he was holding back an enormous black dog by the collar as it barked, clearly being held against its will.

"Make yerselves at home, c'mon!"

Once the trio was inside and the door closed, he let go of the hound and it quickly ran to the trio, sniffing every single one of them until it settled on Ron, licking his entire face.

"Hagrid, this is Ron. Ron Weasley," Harry spoke, while Lilith gently stroked the dog's dark coat.

"Another Weasley?" Rubeus noticed the red hair and freckles as he began to prepare tea for his guests. "I think I've seen yer entire family by now," the man laughed, pouring the dark green liquid into four teacups.

"I've got a little sister, Ginny, she's coming to Hogwarts next year," Ron informed the man, smiling cheekily. The students gladly took the tea that was offered to them, but when they drank it, they felt a sour aftertaste on their mouths that made them grimace, yet they tried to hide it so Hagrid wouldn't get sad.
