A full month without one single attack. After we jailed that criminal, nothing.

Nothing.

It's odd, but it also allows me to heal and it allows Hoseok and I to work on the case. We've gathered quite a bit but not nearly enough. We have so real suspect.

The good point of that long silence is that Jungkook has gotten an opportunity to rest, and stop being so on edge. His company is spiking back up.

All is well as one may say.

Except I'm beyond bored to death.

I miss the field, I miss the adrenaline, the heat and the action. I miss it big time...

I've come to resent and loathe Jungkook for being the cause of that shitty job. Jin has been trying to make me see the good sides, Jang Hoon is busy as always, out on the field...

I haven't seen much of Jimin or Taehyung and for that I am so grateful. Mixing personal and professional life is such a thorn in the side.

I stretch in my bed, turning off my annoying alarm showing 6am in red letters...

"Fuck you Jungkook for this." I whisper to myself, rubbing my tired eyes. I take a shower and get ready, pulling on the conventional outfit. I make sure to eat before leaving and call for a taxi.

I'm at the office by 8am and wait for Hoseok to bring Jungkook. While I wait, I pace around the large and imposing room. I don't bother with the window view, knowing it all too well now.

What interests me is the pile of files Jungkook protectively put under a random file.

I glance at it and move the pink file about some random shit. I furrow my eyebrows at the title of the file.

Seoul Higher View attacks.

Does he really have a file of his own? What the hell? If he does, that means he gathers information of his own and has info we may not have.

Curiosity gets the best of me and I open the blue cover of the file.

The first papers are random, or already known to us, nothing important. I put them aside and read through more.

What the...

I pick up a hand-written report, Jungkook wrote it. I've seen his files enough to recognise his handwriting.
