Arc 3 Chapter 1: Dorms

A few weeks after the USJ incident, Principal Nezu came up with a new initiative. They decided to create a dorm system for all of the students to be safe from villain attacks. A lot of students were already given the ok. All Might was at Izuku's house currently talking with Inko. Izuku was sitting by his mother, on the other side of All Might. After the recent events that had happened, U.A decided to take drastic measures to protect their students through one thing; They were implementing a dormitory system.

"So that's the story," All Might said.

"I understand the situation," Inko said.

"Inko if you don't think this is a good idea then maybe-" All Might began.

"I want to give my consent to you for Izuku to move into the dorms," Inko said surprising the both of them.

Izuku was surprised the most.

"Really mom?" Izuku asked, "I thought you'd be against it."

"I've given it some thought Izuku, and I really think its a good idea," Inko said.

Nana smiled at her daughter's approval.

"I said as long as you kept safe and be careful I would stop worrying," Inko said with a smile, "Remember that? When you started your training I worried every day about you. But now that I've seen you in action, I feel like I can worry less, especially with Toshi around. The hero you admired all these years is starting to admire you."

Izuku smiled back at his mother.

"Besides, I have mom to keep me company," Inko said, "Although we'll both come to visit you at U.A sometimes."

Izuku gave his mother a hug.

"I'm proud of you Izuku. My baby."

Later on Izuku packed up all of his belongings to be taken to the dorms. He looked back to his mother who was smiling and waving.

"Promise me you'll write every day son," Inko said.

"I promise," Izuku said.

"Give your all in classes and work hard," Inko said.

"Yep," Izuku said.

"And try not to hurt yourself with your quirk," Inko said.

"You know I can't promise that," Izuku said to which they both laughed.

Later on he was walking over to Ochako's apartment. They agreed to walk to the dorms together. Izuku rang the doorbell. Ochako rushed to the door and saw Izuku, instantly smiling.

"Dekuuuuuuuu!"

She jumped into Izuku's arm. The both of them fell over to the floor laughing. Izuku got back up while still hanging on to her.

"I'm not too heavy am I?" she asked, "I eat a lot of junk food so.."

"Ochako you're not too heavy for me," Izuku said, "Plus with my quirk it makes things easier for me to carry."

Ochako giggled at this and placed her arms around his neck. Izuku decided to carry her all the way to U.A as if she were a princess. She very much enjoyed it. They were talking about herowork and why they wanted to be heroes in the first place.

"So you wanna help your parents with their financial struggles?" Izuku asked.

"Yea," Ochako told him, "They did so much for me and made a lot of sacrifices. So I wanna return the favor."

Izuku smiled at her.

"I guess family comes first with you too, huh?" Izuku asked.

"Absolutely!" Ochako told him.
