"How are you feeling?"
"Better."
"Sure, you don't want me to take you to the hospital?"
"No. I'm already fine," sagot naman ni Yui saka muling pumikit.
Ayaw kasi niyang pumunta ng hospital kaya't bumili na lang kami ng gamot sa drug store.
"Mr."
"Yep?" tanong ko saka na pinaandar ang kotse.
"Do you really love my sister? But I thought you're only arranged to this."
Bahagya pa akong napalunok dahil sa tanong niya.
"Are you doubting my intentions for your sister?"
"Yes." Ouch. Na real talk ako.
"Well. To tell you the truth. I don't really know what has gotten into me. I just woke up one day, getting mad at you because you're taking your sister away from me."
Ang hirap kaya nang hindi ko siya katabi. Wala kang mayakap at walang bubungad na magandang mukha sa 'yo sa umaga.
"Then why are you still following my orders then?" I just shrugged and continued driving.
"You should rest. I'll just wake you up later."
"Fine. Thank you, Mr."
"You're welcome," saad ko saka siya nginitian siya.
"But I still hate you though."
"Psh. And I thought we're good now."
"Not quite soon, Mr."
"Call me kuya," saad ko.
"Okay. Kuya."
"Cute."
Nagpatuloy na lang ako sa pagdadrive habang paminsan-minsan siyang binabalingan ng tingin. Mukhang nakatulog na nga siya.
Nang makarating kami sa gate ay agad na kaming pinagbuksan ng mga guards.
"Dumating na ho ba si Yvonne?"
"Wala pa ho, Sir."
"Sige. Salamat."
Nang maigarahe ko na ang sasakyan ay ginising ko na rin si Yui.
"Wake up. We're here." Agad namang bumangon si Yui at lumabas na ng kotse saka pumasok sa loob.
"Anong oras kaya uuwi 'yun?" Tiningnan ko ang relo ko at napag-alamang 5:30 na pala.
"Hey, kuya." Napalingon ako kay Yui nang magsalita siya.
"What?"
"Have you told my sister, your feelings for her?" Agad namang namula ang mukha ko kaya't umiwas ako ng tingin.
"Seems to me that it is a no. That's good then. Do you want me tell it to her?"
"No!" agad na sagot ko.
"Hahaha. Fine. I won't, if you follow my orders. Now, deal?"
Taena. Bina-blackmail na 'ko ni Yui.
"You're a devil, you know that?"
"I know. So, Deal?"
"Psh. Fine. Deal."
And there I go, making another deal with this little devil.
Arghh! Sarap talaga niyang tirisin!
