"Ow! God damn it!" Carson exclaimed. His shout sent Kurt back into the room, each hand filled with an ice pack and a bowl of ice cream.
Both Carson and Chris were laying on the couch, still woozy from getting their wisdom teeth out only hours before. By now the numbness had worn off, leaving nothing but pain behind.
"Here Carson, put this on your jaw." Kurt said as he handed his brother the ice pack. Burt, Carole, and Finn were out till late, meaning Kurt was in charge of the hurting boys. He turned to Chris, who appeared to be fast asleep against the pillows of the couch. He seemed unable to control the saliva in his mouth as drool constantly dripped down his chin and onto the pillow. Kurt cringed. He would have to wash that later.
Carson moved slightly and outstretched his arm towards the bowl of ice cream in his brother's hand. Kurt tried to hold back a laugh as he finally gave it to the pouty child in front of him.
"Shut up Kurt." Carson said the best he could. He slowly took out the gaws and through them into the waste bin that had been strategically placed next to the couch.
Kurt couldn't help but laugh aloud that time. His loud voice slightly startled Chris, but he quickly fell back into his slumber. "It's not my fault that I didn't have any wisdom teeth, and it's not my fault that you had six."
Carson grumbled again before lifting a spoon of ice cream into his mouth. He hummed happily as the cold cream helped numb the pain.
Kurt smiled as he watched the ice cream quickly disappear. The surgery hadn't changed Carson's eating habits, but only slowed him down a bit. Kurt moved to inspect Chris a bit before gently lifting his head and placing the ice pack between the pillow and his jaw.
Kurt walked back into the kitchen feeling both sorry for his brothers and overjoyed that he would never have to share the pain they were currently in.

Okay this was an extremely short chapter but I really wanted to post it. I actually started writing this a year ago when I got my wisdom teeth out but I never got around to finishing it. It has been sitting as a draft until today. My best friend Ashley got her wisdom teeth removed today and it reminded me about this untold story I never posted. Ashley, this is for you love. <3
