Chapter 19: the jinxed recovery

I watched many things in my life but never have I ever known what to do now more than ever - I saw Vi and Caitlyn leave after some convincing from Vi, I saw Ekko get blasted to the side, I saw jinx injured, I saw Silco retrieve jinx

I ran to Ekko checking him over in case he's actually dead and I just don't know, and now semi preforming CPR he was alive I knew this much now

I ran to his hover board and tweaking it a tiny bit making it more faster, being able to carry more in the load it's got

I flipped it onto its bottom and turned it on having not only fixed but repaired it, I jumped on and swooped Ekko up thinking the worst of it all right now as we travelled what seemed like light speed going up and over until I seen a familiar figure with a cloak on

Me: wait.. Heimerdinger?

I flew towards him upon seeing him, I looked at him as I held Ekko on my back and he seen me

Heimerdinger: Izuku? Your still in the undercity? What are you in this contraption? Who is he? What happened to you?

I thought about what to do quickly knowing answers will be and grabbed him putting him on my shoulder and driving off again going up the wall and through the pipe system quickly having Heimerdinger scream in fear before popping out of the pipes and onto the ground in the fire light hide out crashing down destroying the board

Me: meet to the fire lights.. sir

I quickly rose and grabbed Ekko and pulled him up and ran towards momo and ochako

Momo: woah what happened to him?

Ochako: he looks like he's been through hell

I groaned not really having time to explain but having to

Me: he was exploded at near point blank by powder, he froze up last second, I need him to have medical attention

I began to walk away having Heimerdinger still follow me now asking questions

Heimerdinger: who was that? What happened? What was that contraption?

I quick fired his question not having time for this right now as I went in the direction of Nedzu

Me: Ekko, leader of the fire lights, he was blown up while we tried to hand back the hextech gemstone by jinx the one who stole it, and it was a undercity hoverboard made specifically for the air, by me of course

He seemed to try and keep up with me if his legs and him resting on me weren't a reminder of that fact

Heimerdinger: surely your out of it you can slow down now!

I shook my head

Me: things to do, people to see, peace to ensure

He looked at me oddly before letting it flow as I continued to talk

Me: I found a way to make everyone go into peace non violently but this is needing to happen and you need to stay here

He nodded knowing the very gravity of what I had just said being that the very lives in Piltover are at stake

I kicked open a door having it fly off its hinges

Me: Nedzu! Help! Now!

A small chimera creature came crawling out and into the light seeing the 2 he was very confused

Nedzu: Izuku, what do I owe the pleasure

I began jumping up and down in the spot happy this is finally coming to an end soon

Me: first where would Silco go to if he needed critical medical attention immediately a doctor, supply of medical equipment.. something

Nedzu thought for a minute as Heimerdinger seemed confused by why I'm asking him something

Me: he is the only one who trumped me in person analysis prediction, and I'm too emotional right now to do it so he's next best

He nodded understanding that and kept quiet and watched the chimera work his magic

Nedzu: doctor signed, he used to work with Silco, even being the creator of shimmer if he'll go to anyone it's him, I'll mark down his lab for you

Nedzu began writing down in paper and handed it to Izuku

Me: thank you.. truly.. also look after Heimerdinger for me will ya, two animal scientists what more could you two have in common

I smiled as I ran off leaving the two to socialise with each other as I ran off to doctor signed

It had been marked on a 3D map making it quite easy to find, powder was a main concern for me while the peace was up there powder was now there

I made it signeds to see Silco kiss her forehead after groaning, and moving around

Me: Silco..

He looked at me quickly and glared at me

Silco: Izuku..

I stepped further outside letting Silco come out so signed could work on jinx

Me: you dare.. to even claim yourself as her protector

Silco: did a better job than you and vi ever could

I scoffed stepping forward ready to fight him with words or actions it'll depend on him but the way this is going I'm willing to bet it's actions

Me: we were kids, an entire blew up killing most of us, you needed to be saved by Servika right?

I continued on to talk him into doubt, it usually makes opponents easier to deal with

Me: you realise she hasn't exactly got the most sane mind, she could end up killing you because of you.. it's stupid really

He tsk'd me, he didn't really like what I had to say about this today, though he never really did

Silco: I can't believe Servika didn't kill you, you self righteous bastard, who's the one who resided in Piltover academy while all his friends and allies died around him

I ooh'd him but I didn't and wouldn't give more than that to him as I knew what the truth was and for me that was enough

People may describe me as overly logical, truthful, factual, and analytic, and my enemies - cold, calculating, powerful, intimidating.. I don't see my self as any of that but then again.. weak minds do push around superior ones

And when I say weak I mean no will power to do what they want, Silco being of superior minds I'm ashamed that he's even in the catergory, ashamed he's able to threaten the existence of Piltover though not for the same reasons as everyone else I'm willing to be able to bet

And we began then the fight had begun

After the fight had finished I ran in over the unconscious Silco and seen that signed was knocked unconscious and jinx had disappeared.. who knows what'll happen next to this now
