Chapter 21: councilled warning

Waking up after the unconscious dreaming I had about me and Vi had me blushing if I'm honest.. but I woke up to being carried into Piltover with no one else around

Vi: how you doing.. sleeping beauty?

I chuckled a little must've been out for a while and.. it's not like she knows where I live but we had been pretty close

Me: fine.. my house isn't far from here just go that way *points down a street* and I'll direct us from there

As she put me down gently but walking was still barely an option for me so holding onto vi for a while

Vi: alright.. your house it is then

I thought about what could've happened but I remember jinx showing up.. again when I thought about what could've happened it must've been pretty obvious

Vi: Ekko and Izuku are fine.. I'm pretty sure jinx is too.. the most I've seen of it was an explosion and jinx being carried away by Silco

Huh.. Silco.. he carried jinx away.. Izuku is fine.. and Ekko is fine.. damn I did nothing.. again!

Me: thank.. thank you for carrying me away from it all.. must've hurt.. seeing your sister be dragged away by him..

She hummed in response before we arrived upon my house, which she had been surprised about and we climbed through the window, me receiving more help again

We ended up in my room with my 'great conspiracy' still up, vi did seem nostalgic about it all as she looked at a few pieces of paper on the floor but the door opened slowly

It had alerted her and she rushed to take cover but I think I knew who it was so did nothing and my parents busted the door down

Cassandra: HANDS UP

My mother busted into the room like an enforcer holding a shotgun - Z27 was the model she had been using being one of the strongest models

But she soon stopped seeing me and vi seeing this crawled out of cover and stopped on my bed, when my mother ran over to me gave me quite possibly the biggest bear hug ignoring vis presence, which confused vi on why I was getting hugged

Cassandra: where have you been?! We had been looking for you everywhere!?

I looked at her and decided to explain a few things starting with the whole conspiracy theory I had which when explaining it now felt stupid.. but of course very real and ending upon what had just happened

When she had noticed vi she thanked her but then quickly asked why we were here and not just Caitlyn

Me: well we need to talk to the council and hopefully warn them..

She seemed confused but remembering our situation  as it had been concerning to her, well to anyone I would hope.. I do wonder what this entire "solution to peace" Izuku has for the council

The next day me and Caitlyn went to the council as I stood outside the door to it I had been concerned mainly because the most important people in the country had been behind the door I was standing at before we were called in

Due to this being a warning it was appointed as a private meeting wishing not to spread panic amongst the richer citizens of it

So as we're called into the room no one but guards, councillors including.. Caitlyns mother.. me and Caitlyn herself had been in the room entirely

???: so what is this warning you have for us

I had never wanted to know Piltover troubles and then decided on not learning councillor names, so when this old man with a thick beard and red jacket was.. playing with a kids toy?..  I had no idea who he was just he was a councillor
