casilda and Mitchel had been talking a lot behind sierra's back. she never noticed, and even if she did she wouldn't care. it's not like she and Mitchel are a couple, because they're not.

but on the other hand, sierra and Mitchel were getting closer by the second. they hardly talked about the time they slept together, now they were just friends. with Casilla always at Christians, it left sierra and Mitchel lonely. which then lead to them becoming really close friends. they worked on lyrics and other musical aspects together, even doing a cover together of you too for sierras Instagram, where she sang a bit. and sierra sang Christians part of course.

sierra packed in her room with Melanie Martinez playing loudly, she had to move from chase Atlantic to Melanie Martinez because it felt weird to listen to music made by her friends. she was distracted, but not completely. she was still concerned about leaving the house alone, with no one to prevent it from getting robbed. or worse, Mitchel staying in it.

as dollhouse blared through her headphones, Sierra didn't realize the person watching her. watching with admiration. she was dancing around as she folded sweaters and shoved them into her suitcase. a week of clothes won't pack themselves.

the person watching was Mitchel, he was standing in the doorway, waiting for sierra to realize he was there. to be fair, she had her headphones in on full blast and they're noise canceling. when she finally turned around, it took her a few seconds to stop jamming and open her eyes.

"Mitchel!" she yelled after turning around and flinching in shock. she stood there in surprise as Mitchel just laughed, trying to keep his secret together. "you scared the fuck out of me bro," she added with a sigh of relief, mitty walking in fully and closing the door behind him.

"packing for new york?" he asked, helping her fold. she watched him perfectly fold one of her sweaters, and was amazed when she realized he folded it very well.

"so you aren't just a druggie? you are house trained too?" she teased and he giggled, looking over to her as she put the sweater tightly into her suitcase.

"yes. yes, I am, sierra. is Rochester really so cold that you need 10 different sweaters for 7 days?" Mitchel asked, pointing to all of the differently colored sweaters packed upward in her suitcase.

"8 days, and yes. yes, it is. the weekly average right now is 7 degrees." she explained. Mitchell's eyes widened and he mumbled something that sierra couldn't quite make out as they both folded.

"what's up? you never just show up here, you usually call or text," sierra asked, sitting on the bed next to mitch. he smiled when she realized she sat so close their thighs touched and then she moved away just a bit.

"I am not completely sure, to be honest, I was just bored and you're leaving soon, I'm going to be lonely when you're at your house in new-fucking-Rochester," he groaned with sarcasm, making sierra giggle. she put her arm over his shoulder, returning the sarcasm with a smile.

"well, I am sorry you cant climb in my suitcase and come with me. even though my mother and father would absolutely adore you." she giggled at the man with his head low, fake crying. "and my cats would love you too. and my pitty," she giggled again, Mitchel whining.

mitty had stayed for a while. not only to help sierra get a move on with packing but to also spend time with her before she left.

you see, that secret he was keeping, was that he and cas had planned with the Milton family for him to surprise sierra in Rochester. he was going to fly out there, on the same plane just in a seat in the back. casilda was going to keep sierra for enough time for Mitchel to meet up with sierras sister claire so she could take him to the Milton's house so he could surprise sierra. confusing as hell, but also really sweet.
