Chaewon entered the cafeteria and made herself a plate for lunch. After buying her food, she was heading to the usual table where she was sitting with Hwasa and Eunwoo until her phone rang.
The moment she grabbed the phone and read the name that appeared to her, she raised her eyes looking for this person until her eyes fell on Jungkook on the other side of the cafeteria, holding the phone next to his ear and focusing his eyes on her sitting with his brothers who seemed to be annoyed as she saw them only sighing constantly.
Without losing more time, she clicked on the phone screen and brought it close to her ear, of course without taking her eyes off Jungkook who is sending her that look full of challenge and provocation.
"what do you want?" Discomfort was evident in her voice, which Jungkook found amusing on the other side of the phone. "Actually, nothing but bring your ass and sit with us." A smirk raised his lips as he looked at Chaewon with pleasure, who did nothing but get on her nerves.
Hearing his sarcastic voice, Chaewon clicked her tongue in anger as she felt several cramps of rage in her stomach as yesterday's events came back to her mind like summer rain without informing or indicating to spoil the atmosphere and fun. Chaewon closed her eyes and took a deep breath to calm herself down a bit. "Fine" Without waiting for his answer, she hang up the line in his face.
Chaewon turned her eyes back to Hwasa and Eunwoo who were sending her a questioning look that she met with an apologetic look when she called Hwasa. "What's wrong? Why are you standing like this in the middle of the cafeteria? Come on, we're waiting for you." Hwasa's voice was soft and gentle, making the guilt eat Chaewon from the inside even more.
