"You look so prettyy! Do another pose." While taking many pictures, Destiny hyped me up.
Both of us were bored & had nothing to do, so we decided to come to the park and took eachother's photos.
"Yeah, post that one first. This that one." Destiny nodded her head, while handing me back my phone.

"Say, Des! Lemme holla at chu right quick." When Kash came near us, Des had to cover her Kool-Laid smile.
"Oh em geeee... Y'all finna take both my friends?" I joked.
"My bad, gang." He chuckled, with his arm wrapping around Des's shoulder. "She ain't finna be long."
As soon as we got to the park, Monte approached us & to grab up Nova. Since then they've been hugged up but Kash has now come to take Des away from me to do something uncertain.
"Brook, lemme go see what he want. You gone be okay?" Destiny reassuringly asked.
"Go ahead. I'm good." I assured her & hugged her on off.
As they went to go talk, I scrolled on TikTok like I always did. Tiktok was literally one of my happy places. I could sit on the app for hours without even realizing.
"Wassup, Brooklyn." I swung my head around when I heard a voice call out my real name.
No one ever addressed me by my real name unless we were extremely close or at school... So that honestly surprised me.
"These short ole' ass shorts. Why you got these mothafuckas on, cuhs?" Sev chuckled.
When I turned back, Sev was standing there, grinning. He probably had one of the sweetest little smiles, but I definitely wasn't going to tell him. I had too much pride.
"Hey, Sev! Your girlfriend knows that you're over here worried about me?" I questioned sarcastically.
"Stop playing wimme.... She ain't even my girl." He sucked his teeth in & gave a stale look.
"Well... You could've fooled, the way you had her acting at that party a couple days ago."
"She ain't my girl. She just somebody I fuck with from time to time." Sev nonchalantly responded. "Ion know why she act like that for."
