"You look prettyy, bae. Do another pose." While taking my pictures, Destiny hyped me up.
We were bored and had nothing to do, so we came to the park and started taking each other's pictures.
"Yeahh, post that one." Destiny nodded, and handed me my phone.

"Say Des! Lemme holla at chu right quick." Kash said, as he approached us making Des smile.
"Oh em gee.. Y'all finna take both of my friends?" I joked with him.
"My fault, gang." He chuckled, with his arm wrapped around Des's shoulder.
Monte came over to us as soon as we made it to the park and grabbed Nova up. They've been hugging ever since, now Kash came to grab Des to go do who knows what.
"Brook, lemme see what he want. You gone be good?" Destiny asked.
"Go ahead, imma be okay."
As they went to go talk, I scrolled on TikTok like I always did. Tiktok was literally one of my happy places. I could sit on the app for hours and hours without even knowing.
"Waddup, Brooklyn." I swung my head around when I heard a voice call out my name. No one ever addressed me by my real name unless we were extremely close, so that honestly surprised me.
"These ole' short ass shorts. Why you even got these mothafuckas on, cuhs?" Sev laughed at her unintentionally pulling at her shorts.
When I turned back, Sev was standing there, smiling. He probably had one of the cutest smiles, but I wasn't going to tell him.
"Hey, Sev. Do you think your girlfriend know that you over here worried about me?" I asked him with amusement.
"Mane, stop playing wimme, cuhs. That ain't even my girl." He sucked his teeth, giving me a stale look.
"Well, damn... I swear you coulda fooled me from the way she was acting at that party a couple days ago."
"She ain't my girl.. She just somebody I fuck with from time to time."
"Ion know what the hell shawt ass be acting like that fa."
"Ew." I looked at him making a disgusted face.
"Fuck you looking at me like that fa? Fix yo face."
"Because that's honestly disgusting... I just know you probably be fucking anything." I said the last part more so to myself.
