Hey, I'm back :) so this is just the antics of young Hitch, LB and Bradley coz I feel like they just messed about at Spectrum and everyone had no idea what to do with them. Anyway, enjoy xx

Byrdie was woken from her trance of paperwork and security issues by the sound of hysteric laughter she knew all too well. She smiled and shook her head, standing from her chair and walking out of her office. She opened the door to both Bradley and Hitch laughing and struggling for breath. She opened her mouth to speak but was silenced by Bradley and Hitch running into her office. Hitch grabbed her wrist and pulled her in with them. Bradley slammed the door and locked it and sighed.

Once the laughter had ceased Byrdie could speak.
"What is going on?" She asked.
"We're..." panted Hitch. "Running from Colt,"
"We pranked him," added Bradley.
"Give me strength," LB giggled. "How?"
"We flour bombed him," said Hitch, proudly.
"It was his idea," Bradley pointed at the fifteen year old and grinned. Hitch nodded.
"Baker! Romero!" Yelled Colt, banging on the door.
"I have an idea," whispered Byrdie.

She ran into the storage room at the back of her office and pulled out a bucket.
"Are those my water balloons?" asked Hitch. "I've been looking for those for days."
Byrdie nodded, grinning mischievously.
"We open the door on three," she said.
The boys nodded, smiling.
"One," whispered Bradley.
"Two," Byrdie grinned.
"Three!"

They burst the door open and threw the balloons at not only Colt but also Ward and Grayson who were now outside. They giggled hysterically at the angered faces in front of them.
"That's what you get for hiring teenagers," groaned Grayson as he shook the water from his hair.

Some several years later...

Ruby Redfort thought she was trouble. She thought that her outbursts were some of the worst Spectrum had ever seen. She was wrong.

LB smiled to herself as the thirteen year old left her office. She glanced at Hitch and they both started laughing. It had been a long time since LB had laughed like that.

Ruby Redfort was trouble but she would never be as much of a menace as those who came before her. True, this was a new age of Spectrum but the age before was golden.
