I whimpered,– barely able to move. As my optics came back online, I took note of the horrible state I was in. My body was in so much, I didn't even know where it came from. I reached for my teddybear and softly sobbed. I never wanted my mother as badly as I did now. Just lay in her arms and listen to her voice. I looked up, reaching for a piece of my armor. It was dented too much to place it back. My legs were burning, as if my wires were ripped out. I looked at the energo oozing from my valve. It hurt. I perked my head up, no sign of Brawl. I tried to get up, but my legs were made out of rubber. All I could do was fall back onto the ground. Nasty cuts covered my chassis.
Ratchet makes people better. I need to find him and he will take the pain away. I got up, walking over to the door. The wind slammed against my fragile frame as I walked outside. It's cold without my armor. A trail of Energon followed me all the way to the hospital. Where do I even need to go? I remembered where Que took me. I held my teddybear close to my face while blinking the tears from my optics as I continued walking down the hallway. I found a door with the name 'Ratchet' on it. I reached for the handle and slowly walked, shivering violently. The large medic looked up from his work and got up immidietly.
'Mirage? Where's your amor? What happened?' he wrapped a blanket around me and picked me. I finally felt I was save and started crying. He sat down, rubbing me to warm me up and stop my cries. 'Shh, you're okay now,' he murmured and made me look at him. 'Don't cry. You're save now,' he said and continued to rub my helm. 'I want my mommy,' I sobbed. 'I know, I know.' He kissed my help. 'I will help you now, okay?' I gave a small nod while he picked me up and carried me to a room. He gently laid me down and shut the door. 'What happend, Mirage?' he asked, unwrapping the blanket and looked over my painful frame. 'I hate Decepticons... Windcharger let him in so he could watch me but he called me ugly and started to beat the hell out of me. He knocked me out and my valve hurts... why does it hurt so much,' I sobbed.
He wiped some tears off my cheekplate. 'It's gonna be okay,' he said. 'He doesn't like my new paintjob,' I whispered. 'People don't have to like it... you must like it,' he said. I looked up while he brushed some tears from my cheek plate again. He helpd and the pain started to fade. The bleeding stopped as well. 'There's a wire in your valve... bleeding. It will hurt a little bit but you'll feel much better after, okay?' he asked. I nodded and laid down. I uttered a scream as he reattached the wire. 'Done, done...' he said and rubbed my helm. I relaxed, the pain in valve faded instantly. Only a light burning sensation remained.
'I will take you home with me,' he decided eventually and wrapped me in a blanket again. He took me to his home. A large penthouse. I had view all over Kaon. Ratchet sat me down as he switched on the lights and filled the bathtub for me. He picked me up again and started to bath me, washing the remaining energon off my painful frame. 'Thank you for helping me,' I said. He smiled and kissed my helm. 'Of course,' he purred. Ratchet dried me and held me in his arms as he feeded me a bottle of warm Energon. I shut my eyes, listening to his sparkbeat while feeding. I felt my tank warm up and my optics became heavy.
As I finished, he picked me up and laid me in bed, covering me up with two blankets and a hot jug. I curled up against it with my teddybear and watched Ratchet shut the blinds. 'Goodnight, little one. Try to recharge, okay?' I nodded and jawed, falling in a deep slumber. I was so tired. When I woke up, it was already quite late. Ratchet just walked in and sat on the edge. 'How are you doing?' he asked. 'My frame hurts,' I said. he picked me up and held me in his arms. 'Let's do something about that then,' he said and got up, holding me on his hip.
He filled the bathtub again and it really helped my sore frame. I played in the bathtub while Ratchet sat on the edge. I suddenly stopped. 'Ratchet?' he hummed. 'Is the allspark really in Cybercity?' I asked. He frowned. 'What?' he asked. 'The allspark, is it really in the Lagoon because otherwise you need to move it. To a more save place,' I said. 'What do you mean, sweetpspark?' he asked. 'I have been spying on the Decepticons... I broke into their network and got some information. Bonecrusher gave Starscream and USB, apprently he hacked Optimus's datepad. He litterary said; we will keep an eye on it for now and if things escalte, we will attack. I think they are planning something big,' I said.
'You hacked their network?'
'I build a computer. Took me some time, but I wanted to be sure no one is able to see what I am doing. My mommy says spying is bad, but I have something big. I can proof I am not a weak sparkling,' I stated. 'Are you sure? Isn't this a fatasy of yours?' he asked. I shrugged and continued playing with my fingers. Ratchet eventually dried me and gave me some new armor before sitting on the couch and bottled me again with warm energon. I love warm Energon. It's tasty and makes you warm inside.
He let me play in the living room. The huge window offered me a great view and I loved looking at the city. 'Shall we call your daddy? I think he's worried,' Ratchet said. 'But I like it here,' I said, laying on my back and smiled. 'You can come to visit me as much as you want,' he said, sitting on the couch. I grabbed my teddybear. 'Really? Are you my friend?' I asked. He picked me up and pulled me on his lap again. 'Of course I am your friend. Friends help each other,' he said. 'But how can I help you then?' I asked. 'You don't have to help me,' he said, rubbing my helm. I leaned into his frame.
