"Shit." They cursed and step away from the car.
"I'm sorry, I'll get back to you later." I heard her loudly say. I gulped as she got near the window again and this time she knocked.
"Hey! Pervert! Get out of there."
She kept on aggressively knocking at my window. I quickly finished the pink macaroon which left crumbs everywhere on the seat.
I groaned and unlocked the door, making her step away again.
"I knew it! You were enjoying this ass, huh?!"
Kevdin abruptly turned me to face her and her face left a shocking expression.
"You- you, I know you." She pointed at me while walking close, her eyes lingering on my nervous ones.
"Hey, Kevdin." My voice became small and the awkward hand wave made it even more cringe.
"The fuck, how did you know my name? Are you stalking me?" She accused and I saw her jaw tightening and knuckles turning white.
"N-no, I just-"
There goes a painful blow to my left cheek. Damn, that's going to leave a bruise. Oh, my poor little face.
"Tell your fucking boss that I only came to see my Dad. Prick." She spat the words angrily which made me feel weak.
"Kevdin, listen to me-"
"Aw..."
I pressed my hands to my stomach as another punch was thrown to me by the goddess herself, who us trembling in anger.
I remained in the ground as the immense pain shot throughout my system, making me spit blood. My heart raced at the sight of blood, making me gasp for air.
"A girl like you shouldn't be following him like a puppy."
She grabbed the collar of my shirt and with one last look, the eyes that I adored the most in the past few days, moved to my head and punched me harder, making me limply fall to the ground.
"I-I just want to say h-hi." But it was too late because she was already gone from my sight.
I faced the skies as my mind started to get hazy.
"Oh my god, Lane." Macy bent her knees and wiped the blood from my face.
"I-It was K-Kevdin. I finally talked to h-her." With each cough, the pain in my head increases.
"She did this?"
"Lane! Hey, stay with us." It was Diane who hurridly lifted me with her strong arms and carried me inside my car.
My eyes opened again and saw the figure of Kevdin lingering on the dark corner of the street. I was about to call her name but the car started to move.
"That bitch." Mavy angrily huffed while typing like crazy on her phone.
"What are you doing?" Diane asked.
"Messaging her on Snapchat."
My eyes remained close as I listened to their chatter. Until I can't take it anymore.

I woke up with the sight of Mavy leaning her head against Diane's shoulder. I smiled at the two and would capture the moment but sadly my phone was left in the car.
"Hey, lovebirds." I croaked out.
"She's awake!" Mavy abruptly stood up, her shoulder hitting Diane's jaw.
"Ouch!"
"Drink some water." She placed the water to my lips and I drank as my life depended on it. Damn, water tastes good when you're on the verge of death.
"The doctor said that you're good to go if you're feeling good and just replace the bandages at home," Diane said as she hissed in pain from her jaw.
"Jesus, I never thought Kevdin is that type of person..."
"What type of person?"
Both of them gasped at my question.
"Trouble, you know, the ones who frequently get unto fights," Diane said with a concerning tone.
I only nodded and processed the way Kevdin acted. Not gonna lie, she's pretty talented in punching that almost got me a concussion.
"Did she reply on Snapchat?" I asked Mavy.
"No, not even seen. That's it, we need to avoid that girl, Lane." Mavy said while holding my hand.
"Maves, it's really up to Lane to decide for that. But, Lane, she's quite right. She might even do worse than this if she met you again."
I remained silent and thought about it for a minute. The two left room to give me some time alone. I sighed and touched my head to find that there's a whole bandage wrapped around it.
I huffed and thought that Mom will probably get mad at this and won't let me out of the house anymore.
I groaned even more at the thought of Gab.
"God, what did I let myself into?"
