I was flying through space for a while, following the trail Rey left behind. The entire trip was quiet, which only a little chatter between BB-40 and I. I was left alone to my thoughts for most of the flight, which was a terrifying thought itself. I had always liked to keep myself busy so I didn't have to think as much. It kept my mind from wandering too much. But there wasn't too much to do while flying. Nothing except keeping track of the path and talking to BB-40.

But it didn't take long before I had arrived at the planet Rey had gone to. After a brief scan of the planet, I found two human life sources on a rocky island of sorts. It was most likely Rey and Luke. I landed the x-wing and got everything in order as I got out. BB-40 followed me out. I didn't know if they had noticed I had arrived. I had a feeling Luke had already felt my presence.

I followed the feeling of Luke's presence. I followed him to a small house. I peaked through the open door and found Luke sitting in front of a small fire, his back to me. He was older than I remembered, with my gray in his hair.

"You're back." He didn't even have to turn around to say that. I didn't even have to say anything for him to have recognized me either.

"Hello, Master Luke," I greeted. "It's good to see you again."

He turned to me. "I heard you joined the Resistance. How's that going for you?"

I smiled, moving farther into the room. "It's better than I expected. How's it going here? Are you enjoying the solitude?"

"I was until two knuckleheads showed up."

I chuckled as I sat down across from him. "I missed you too, old man."

There was a pause as Luke stared me in the eyes. It seemed to stretch on. "Have you been keeping up your training?"

I looked down at my lap. "Not as well as you'd like me to, Master Luke. But I've kept my sabers and I do it when I have the time. It's just that I'm a lieutenant with Blue Squadron and I don't have time to set aside for training. I know it sounds like I'm making excuses but no one knows I'm a Jedi."

"You've had to hide to survive. I understand that," Luke said. "You're doing good, Naaraa. I'm proud of how far you've come since you were my padawan."

I smiled but before I could answer, Rey came to the door. She was about to say something to Luke but she saw me before anything could leave her mouth.

"Naaraa!" She said. "You're here."

"Yeah, I am," I replied. "Leia sent me to help you along with your journey. She thought it best if I was here."

Rey nodded before turning to Luke. "I still need you to train me, Luke. I need a master and you're the best here."

Luke watched Rey for a moment before turning to me. "Actually, there's another brilliant Jedi here that can help with your training."

I sat in front of Rey, my hands in my lap. Rey mirrored how I was sitting. We had been meditating for several hours at that point. I had explained that when I was going through my Jedi training, meditation was an almost daily experience. There were some other more in-depth stories about my training and how I was trained. It was how I was going to train her after all. As we sat there, I could sense Luke nearby. He was watching us. I didn't know what he was thinking or feeling. Luke had always been a hard person to read.

After another hour of meditating, Rey and I got up. I began showing Rey the different movements I had been taught. She was a natural at it. The longer I spent with her, the more I felt the power coming off of her. It hadn't been anything I felt in a long time. I also felt a presence I hadn't felt in a long time. The presence of a man I despised and killed many of my fellow padawans. A man I had hidden from ever since I had left Luke's training. Kylo Ren.
