Chapter 5

Ross: So, my two favorite girls in the world, you wanna go to your new home, where we're all going to live together.

Rebecca: And where might that be?

Ross: At my parents' home.

I look at him with an expression that says "seriously?".

Ross: What? We're still touring, so we still live under one roof.

Again my glance.

Ross: Oh come on. You're gonna love it. You love my family and Ruby does too.

Rebecca: I know Ross. I have nothing against it. I was just messing with you.

Ross: Why are you doing this?

Rebecca: Because I love you.

Ross: And I love you too.

Ruby: And I love you too.

Ross: And we also love you princess.

Ruby giggles at her new nickname as a sign that she likes it. Ross suddenly places Ruby onto the ground and puts his hand into his pocket. He pulls a necklace out of his jean pocket. My guitar pick necklace. He places it around my neck, afterwards he picks Ruby up again. I reach my hand up to my necklace and admire it. How much I've missed it.

Rebecca: You still have it?

Ross: Yeah. I always had it on me. Sometimes around my neck, sometimes in my pocket. So I couldn't forget you and so you were always with me.

Rebecca: Thank you.

I hug his side, after that I place an arm around Ross' waist, while he has one arm around my shoulders and the other arm is holding Ruby onto his hip so she won't fall.

Ruby: Daddy, can I also have a necklace?

Ross: Sure princess. You get it in 5 minutes.

Ruby: YAY!

I smile at Ruby and her excitement. Then we go back into the dressing rooms to the rest of the family.
