Chapter 20

"what the heck just happened?"

dipper's pov:

I stood up and turned to the others,  I was about to ask something but Grunke Stan did it first.  "ok,  what on earth was that?   simce when does that triangle freak have a daughter?"  he turned to Ford,  so did I.  Ford sighed and cleaned off his glasses "I had my suspisions,  when I got sucked into the portal all those years ago I spent some time in Bill's dimension.  While i was there I saw a young woman with black hair,  she looked human but it was hard to tell from the distance i was at. One thing is for certian though,  she was pregnant.  that must have been Bell's mother that I saw."  I was stunned,  Ford had seen Bell's mom and didn't put it in the journal.  I sighed "well it doesn't matter now,  what matters is that we deal with this problem before it gets worse, we should-"  I was going to continue my sentence but I was cut off by Logan comming to.  I rushed over to Wendy and spoke to him "hey logan,  are you ok?"  he groaned and opened his eyes slowly "im sorry guys,  I shouldnt have let her take control of my mind"  Wendy gave him a sad smile "It's ok Logan,  you weren't the only one she manipulated,  I was too"  she looked down sadly and I put my hand on their shoulders "it wasn't anyone's fault except Bell's.  we need to stop her as soon as possible."  Grunkle Ford nodded "Dipper is right,  lets get back to the shack and get a plan in motion"  Mabel Chuckled nervously "yeah uhh,  great uncle Ford,  we aren't using the shack as a base anymore,   Melody and Soos have a kid and we didn't want to risk an attack at the shack"  Grunkle Stan looked at us confused "then where are we going?"

In an hour we were back in the mansion's dining room that we had been using for our base.   we filled our great uncles in on what had been going on while they were trapped.  Ford was intrested to find out Gideon had magic bracelets now,  but also thought it was cool as long as he used it for good.  Soos told Stan about his kid that he named after him,  which stan thought was actually kind of sweet. I however was still reeling from what had just happened, I couldn't believe Willow was really Bill's daughter, and he name wasn't even Willow it was Bell.

I didnt have much time with my own thoughts before fiddleford cleared his throat at the fromt of the room "alright yall, lets get this meeting started" he nodded to me and I nodded and sighed, walking to the headnof the table. all eyes landed on me as I spoke. "well to start us off, im glad we got out uncles back" I gave a small smile to them and they smiled back. "Mabel and I couldn't have done it without the rest of you, so, thanks" I felt someone next to me grab my hand, I looked over to see pacifica smiling at me. I was greatful for her support, I didn't realize she was the sappy type. "now then, onto buisness. Wil- I mean Bell has something big planned, we need to stop her before she does somethign crazy" I looked to Logan "do you remember anything she has planned?" he shook his head "no, all I remember was seeing her blood red eyes, and then next thing I know, Im waking up in my cusion's arms on that island" I sighed "i figured as much. well then, if I had to take a guess as to what she's doing Id probably say she was trying to get her dad back. which wouldnmt be good for anyone, we barely survived last time against him" I wasn't going to admit it, but I was terrified of Bill comming back, who knows what he would do to us and everyone we care about if he came back to life. im pretty sure Pacifica knew it though as her grip on my hand tightened. "we need to find her and find a way to stop her from doing anything more horrible than she's already done, does anyone have any ideas?" I looked around the room to everyone, no one said anything.

I sighed, my thoughts racing. Mabel was the first to speak up "we can't kill her, she may be half demon but the other half of her is human, maybe we can appeal to the human part of her and get her to switch sides?" Gideo put his hand on her shoulder "i don't think thats possible, if she was half normal demon maybe we'd have a chance, but she's BILL'S daughter. if he raised her we have almost no chance of turning her to our side." I had to admit, Gideon had a point, but I also agreed with my sister, no matter what Bell had done, we couldn't kill her. It wouldn't be right, besides, she left us alive, and even helped us get our uncle's back. maybe there was still good in her, her human half could still be holding her back from becoming more like her dad and destroying everything. on the other hand though, she could just be letting us live and not destroying anything until her dad comes back. knowing him, he would be the one to want to do all the destroying of us and the town.

"I have an idea." I turned my head to Wendy, who had spoken up. she stood up and leaned forward on the table, holding herself up with her arms. "you do Wendy?" she nodded "yeah, ive been thinking about it for awhile. it was actually McGucket that gave me the idea the other day" she gave a somewhat dramatic pause as we all stared at her in curiosity.

"we can freeze her"

hey guys!! long time no talk. unfortunatly, there's only one chapter left of this book :( BUT!!!! lucky for you guys, like i said in a previous chapter, this is only book one!!! i have a lot more time to write now so hopefully i cam get the next chapter out for you guys and get started on book 2.
