Elsa's POV

I ran my finger along the window & watched as rain drops raced each other to the bottom. We ran over a bump & I hit my forehead against the window. Rubbing the newly forming bump, I turned my head to see Anna on her phone (figures) & Carissa sleeping soundly in her car seat. Carissa was a little cutie, but also a little devil. I sighed a heavy sigh & Anna glared at me.
"Can you not be so loud?" She teased. I rolled my eyes.
"Hey, Els, I was just teasing. Don't take it so literally," Anna retorted. I nodded without saying a word & turned back to the window. About ten minutes later I heard Eric call out, "We're here!" I turned my head to see a large house sitting back from the road. We were located in a large neighborhood full of gigantic houses. I was surprised Eric wanted something so big for three kids. We got out of the car & stare in awe at the large house. Three girls drive by in a Ferrari & watch as our family just stands there staring. They stare a bit too in surprise. But when I turn around to look at them, they roar off.
"Well, didn't wanna talk to y'all anyways," I murmured under my breath. Mom & Eric started piling boxes in the drive for us to take inside. Once all the boxes were out of the car, Eric unlocked the front door. Inside, it was even more grand than outside. The granite counters gleamed & shined. The high windows let in brilliant sunlight. Even though I was used to shutting things out, I could get used to this. All the boxes were packed into the front hall & by now Carissa was no longer checking her eyelids, she was up & screaming.
"Car, whatcha screaming about?" Eric asked his daughter because he thought she was so adorable.
"I wanna hear my echo," Carissa beamed, her loose tooth wobbling inside her mouth. I rolled my eyes at her foolishness & grabbed one of my boxes. I took the stairway to a large hallway. Everything looked great & so big. I made my way down the hall to the third door. A gigantic room greeted me & I knew I could call it mine. I dropped my boxes & smiled. This was perfect. A large bay window faced the driveway & I could see the moving truck pull into our driveway. I couldn't wait to set up my bed & settle in. Tomorrow I was starting my sophomore year at Lakeland High & I heard it was pretty exclusive. I needed time to pick out my outfit. Suddenly I heard a scream from across the hall. I rushed out of my room & into the room across the hall.
"Anna, are you okay?" I questioned, rushing to my sister.
"No! A hot guy is across the street," Anna cried.
"And why is that a problem?" I asked.
"Because I don't know him," Anna smirked. I rolled my eyes at my sister. She was acting like such a slut. But I couldn't help peeking out her window to see a guy with platinum almost white hair pulling up his shirt to wipe sweat off his face, revealing his six pack. He was obviously an athletic guy. He wore running shoes & athletic shorts. His biceps were gleaming with sweat & he was incredibly hot. Wait, what am I thinking? I'm not into him. He wouldn't ever talk to me anyways. I slightly shook my head and turned away from the large window, maybe too revealing for Anna's room. I strode back into my room to see Eric in there, setting up my bed. My snowflake covered bedspread looked great with the light blue walls. It was as if this room was made for me. So far everything was great, now I just had to make it through school tomorrow.
