Jelsa Goes to High School Twist

Chapter 9

Elsa's POV

I've cried so many times since I've been at Lakeland. What was wrong with me? I sighed as I slid into the car. I was waiting for Anna. My phone buzzed.

Merida: hi Elsa it's Merida☺️

Me: hey Merida

Merida: sry for everything that happened 2day. Jack is a jerk😢

Me: tell me about it 😐

Merida: sorry for telling you old news😕

Me: 😂 it's fine, I just wish Jack would stop bothering me

Merida: you know why he's bothering you right?

Me: what?

Merida: you don't know??😨

Me: no.....?

Merida: well you'll just have you find out for yourself😉

Me: what no tell me!

Merida: gbye Elsa

Me: Merida! Wth?!? No!! Tell me!!

I slam down my phone in frustration after two minutes of no reply from Merida. The door opens & Anna gets in.
"Elsa, can you do me a favor?" she asks.
"Maybe," I shrug.
"Well this is Kristoff, my boyfriend, & his ride just canceled. He lives nearby can you just help me out?" Anna pleads. I roll my eyes.
"Boyfriend, Anna? You don't even know the guy!" I cried.
"She said yes Kristoff," Anna yells & suddenly the back door opens & in gets a blonde stocky boy.
"Thank you dearly Elsa, you're very kind," the boy says.
"Well at least you're polite," I shrug.
"My address is Petal Lane, the first house on the left," Kristoff explains.
"Anna! You said he lived close-by!" I shout.
"He's less than an hour away isn't he?" Anna snootily says. I roll my eyes as I think about the 30 minute drive ahead of us.

We reach home at 4:00, way later than usual. When we reach home there is a car in the driveway that isn't our mom's or Eric's. Anna & I get out of the car & head inside. There is a family sitting on the couch. The mother has auburn hair & bright emerald eyes. The dad looks exactly the same. Then there is a girl sitting next to them. She has long blonde hair. The door clicks shut & Mom & Eric & the other family turn around to look at us.
"Oh Elsa, Anna, you're finally home," Eric exclaims. I nod, yet keep my eyes on the family. Because the girl with the blonde hair goes to my school. She is the flirty pale pink dressy one. She is one of the Big Four.
"Anna, Elsa, these are the Collins. They are our cousins. We didn't know they lived near until we saw the Sophomore class," Mom explains. Mrs. Collins stands up.
"Hello darling. I am Mrs. Collins. This is my husband Art Collins, & my daughter Rapunzel Collins." I smile & nod. My eyes fall back on Rapunzel. I finally knew her name.
"Nice to meet you," Anna greets.
"Girls,why don't you give Rapunzel a tour & hang out," Eric decides. I nod & Rapunzel follows us.
"Hey guys," she says, biting her lip. I don't know her problem but she was getting on my nerves.
"Hey Rapunz-" Anna starts but is interrupted.
"Just call me Rap or Punzie. Rapunzel is too long," Rap giggles. I sorta like her more now. We give Punzie a tour & she is amazed at our house.
"Your house is so big & beautiful!" Rap remarks.
"Thanks," Anna replies. Then we reach my room.
"I'm gonna just stay in here," I say, already putting my backpack down.
"Then let's hang out in here," Anna decides. That's not what I meant. But whatever.
"So how do you guys like Lakeland High?" Rap asks. I shrug.
"It's okay but that guy Jack is being really weird towards me," I state.
"Yeah, Jack is stupid. I dated him during our eighth grade year. One day he'll like you, one day he'll hate you. He can never decide." Rap sits down on the end of my bed. I laugh.
"So Anna, I heard you got a man?" Rap winks & giggles. I didn't know she could be this cool.
"Yeahhhh," Anna blushes.
"Well tell me about him!" Rap cries. Anna nods & goes on about her boyfriend & then Punz talks about her Eugene. Must be the smirker. Then she tells me about the relationship between Hiccup & Merida, but they won't admit their feelings for each other. After two hours of talking, Rapunzel has to leave.
"I'm sorry I have to leave guys. But you are like the best cousins ever!" Rap smiles & hugs us. Then she runs down the stairs. I still couldn't believe Rap was my cousin. She was actually cool though.
