Jelsa Goes to High School Twist

Chapter 15

Elsa's POV

By the end of the day I felt everyone was pairing off into couples for the dance, including me. Eugene & Rap, Hans & Miranda, Shay & Geofrey (don't ask me who he is), Hiccup & Merida. Everyone is separated into two now. When I heard Hiccup asked Merida, I was really proud of him for stepping up. Plus Merida was in such great moods now. I drove home after school & told Mom & Eric about what happened. They were really proud that someone asked me. Then we ate dinner & I helped clean up after.
"I'm so proud of you Elsa. You really have great friends," Mom says.
"Yeah they are really supportive," I blush.
"We need to find you a dress!" Mom yells.
"Shhhh Mom! Don't worry! We'll find one." I urge. Mom giggles at her outburst.
"Remember tomorrow is your birthday! Happy almost 16th!" Mom cries. I laugh as I fold up the drying towel & hang it on the rack. Then I take the stairs up to my room & fall asleep right away.

I wake up to bright sunshine flowing in through my bay window. I smile at the warm feeling & sit up in bed. After dressing & brushing out my hair, I walk downstairs to say good morning to my family. All of them are gathered in the kitchen around a big pile of pancakes.
"Happy birthday!" They yell when I come downstairs. I giggle & run to blow out my candles on the pancakes. Then I hungrily eat them up.
"Okay present time!" Mom shouts. She pulls out a box. I open it to find a beautiful shimmery blue floor length dress. It is the prettiest thing I have ever seen. It is strapless & practically glowing. Tears gather in my eyes as I hug my mom & dad.
"I love you guys! Thank you!" I cry. They laugh & then all separate to get ready. I sit in the kitchen with my backpack & wait for Anna. My phone buzzes.

Me: thank you ladies💖

I smile as I set my phone down. Then Anna comes downstairs & we head to school. When we pull in, about four people already wish me a happy birthday. I smile & thank them. I pass the activity bulletin board & see my name, then a happy birthday next to it.
"Surprise!" Rap yelled from behind me. I turned around to see Jamie next to her.
"Happy birthday!" He yelled. I ran over to hug & kiss him. Then he held my hand & walked me to my locker.
"I hoe you have a great day babe." he kisses me one last time & I give him a warm smile.
"Thank you Jamie," I reply, then opened my locker. Streamers flood out of my locker & a box of chocolates pops out & hits me on the head.
"Ouch!" I giggle, picking up the chocolates.
"Well? What do you think?" I heard behind me. I turned to see Miranda & Shay beaming like the joker.
"You guys!" I exclaim, hugging them both. Then we laugh as we head to class, streamers left fluttering in the hallway.

The last bell ran & I shut my locker. School was out! Finally! I couldn't wait to get home. I made my way out to Mom's car sitting in Lot E that I would drive home when I was stopped by Jamie.
"Elsa? Can I show you something?" He asked. Then he took my hand & led me out to a brand new blue jeep.
"Happy birthday," he exclaims.
"Wait..." I stutter.
"Yup," Jamie urges. He fricken bought me a jeep?!? I scream.
"Jamie! Are you crazy?" I exclaim laughing like mad.
"What? Do you not like it?" He asks.
"Like it? I love it!" I shout. I wrap Jamie in a big hug. Out of the corner of my eye I see Jack frown & walk faster past us.
"Jamie this had to cost a fortune! How'd you get it?" I yelled.
"Els, calm down. My dad works at a car dealership. I got it cheap because the family discount." Jamie jiggles the keys in my face. I giggle.
"Now I'll take you home & Jack can just drive my car," Jamie smiles, beckoning me to get in. I nod.
"Wait! I need to call Anna first," I bite my lip.
"Okay I'll wait," Jamie nods. He gets in as I pull out my phone.
"Hello?" Anna asks.
"Anna! Guess what? Jamie bought me a car! So I'm driving with him. You have your permit with you right?"
"Yes!" Anna squeals.
"I'll explain everything at home. But you just drive Mom's car home. I'll meet you there," I explain. I feel Anna's excitement as she says okay & hangs up. Then I get in the jeep & Jamie takes me home. When I reach my house, Anna is already there & I see she gathered a party on the front step consisting of Mom, Eric, & Carissa. They watch in amusement as Jamie & I get out.
"Bye Birthday girl," Jamie winks, tosses me the keys, & starts to walk away. I know his house is close so I let him go. Then I face my family, who are all super excited. After checking out the jeep, they drag me inside, saying they have more presents. What? Eric drags a gigantic cardboard box into the kitchen. Then he opens the box & out hops a dog.
"This is Olaf. He's not technically yours Elsa, more of the family's, but I thought it would be a fun surprise to present him on your birthday," Mom explains. We gather around the little puppy & watch him wag his tail & run around. He's so cute! A few hours later, I get into bed. This was probably the best birthday ever.
