"Hi Harvey" I smiled as he joined me not looking happy at all when he saw max. He shook his head and made eye contact with me handing me a gorgeous rose.
"I got this for you" he smiled.
"Aw thanks Harvey" I grinned kissing his cheek.
"Woah woah woah you're meant to be my date" max said. Uh oh."She's my date" Harvey said turning to face him.
"Oh is she? Did you ask her to the dance Harvey cause I don't think you did!" Max said angrily.
"Actually I did, when we went on a date and she was wearing my hoodie and I was playing with her hair" Harvey retorted.
Someone make it stop.
"What?! Freya! You were meant to be my date!" Max yelled at me.
"Technically I didn't say yes" I said holding my hands up in defence.
"You didn't say no either!" He continued to shout.
"What you didn't say no to him after you said yes to me?!" Harvey said shocked.
"Look Harvey trust me I would rather be here with you" I said softly.
"If you'd rather be here with him you would've said no to me" max scowled.
"Exactly!" Harvey said.
"Guys can we just go get drinks or something!" I said trying to lighten the mood.
"No we can't go and get drinks Freya! I thought you really liked me" Harvey said.
"I do!" I defended.
"But you really like max as well?!" He yelled.
"No!" I shouted.
"You know what Freya I'm leaving whatever we were or whatever you thought we were were done don't talk to me" Harvey said storming out.And just like that all I had left of him was a lousy rose.
