The next day at school we had an exam, I could tell Sam was tired, we were the last ones at the dance. I'd never seen Sam come out of his shell like that. Even dad likes him, especially after he walked me home last night. I truly felt that I'd made the right choice choosing Sam over Charlie.
Whilst doing the English exam I looked next to me to see Sam yawning with his eyes dropping and I couldn't help but feel for him. He was so smart but even I could tell he was failing this exam. Charlie on the other hand almost snapped his pencil with how hard he was writing. I shrugged it off and finished my paper.
Eventually the bell rang and me and Sam wandered into the cafeteria where I saw Freya sat alone. Charlie had gone off with Harvey somewhere.
"Hey freya" I smiled taking a seat next to her as Sam sat opposite me.
"Hey" she said quietly.
"What's up with you?" I asked.
"I'm studying" she said looking down at her text book.
"Nerd" I scoffed lightly shoving her shoulder.
"Isabelle don't" she said sternly.
"Okay moody pants" I laughed.Sam didn't look too good either.
"What's up with you as well, god freya you're ruining everyone's vibes" I joked but I just earned a scoff off her.
"I think I've failed my English exam" Sam said playing with his fingers nervously.
"Hey, stop panicking it's okay everyone fails an exam at some point" I said softly holding his shaking knee under the table.
"I know but my parents are really strict about it" he said.
"I'm gonna go find Harvey" he continued leaving. That's when I formed a plan in my head, if his parents are gonna yell at him I'll just have to sneak into the office and change the results.
