I quickly followed Sam not caring that I was now in the boys bathroom. But by the time I'd gotten to him he was locked in one of the bathroom stalls.
"Come on Sam open up" I said softly.
"Isabelle I can't" he said out of breath.
"It's okay Sam" I said trying to calm him down.
"No Isabelle. Im having a panic attack" he blurted out.
Crap what do I do.
"You need to let me in so I can help you" I said having no clue what I was gonna do when he opened the door. I heard his breathing get louder and I slumped down next to the bottom of the door accepting defeat.
"Okay Sam im gonna breathe and I need you to copy it" I said remembering what I saw on a tv show once.
"Okay" he whispered.
I began to slowly breath in and out until I heard his breathing steady.
"Good job im proud of you" I smiled.
"Im still not coming out" he croaked. My arms dropped to the floor.
"Why Sam, I just want to dance with you" I said. I can't believe im doing this I've not even spoken to Charlie yet.
"Why do you even want to dance with me? You're here with Charlie and all you ever do is be horrible to me" he blurted out.
"I don't care that im here with Charlie! Charlie's not having a panic attack!" I said loudly.
"That still doesn't explain why you're so mean to me!" He yelled.
"Have you ever thought that maybe im mean to you to try and hide the fact that I like you?!" I blurted out quickly covering my mouth.Part of me was glad that I got it off of my chest but another part of me felt guilty especially when I saw Charlie stood at the door with drinks for us both in his hands.
