Gabriel's POV

I stretch my hands but then when I don't find what I was looking for, I open my eyes and see the other side of my bed empty. I look around the room and a huge smile stretches upon my lips when memories of last night come back. How do I even thank God for giving me back my Juliet? I know she will try to run away again but this time I won't let her...I will hold her with me now.

I get out of the bed and put on a pair of sweats before going downstairs to find her.

"Jules!" I shout but then no reply comes.

I check the entire fucking suite but there is no sign of her and her bag is missing. Seriously Juliet walking out like on me in the morning after fucking me makes me feel so used. I laugh at the thought. I call Ezio and he picks up breathing heavily.

"Is Calix with you?" I ask.

"Yes" he says.

"Where is Juliet?" I ask.

"Oh! She just went back to Sicily" he informs me.

"Get the jet ready. We leave in half an hour" I speak before hanging up.

Where are you going to run now Juliet, now that I have you after so many years you cannot go anywhere. How do I even begin to explain last night, it was just so fucking magical! Never in the last five years have I had any problem not having sex but since Juliet's been back, my hormones were raging like a teenager.

I quickly enter the mansion with long strides and make my way to the first destination. Once I open the door, I see her reading a book and as soon as she sees me, she runs in my arms.

"Where is Aunt Juliet daddy?" she asks.

"Why do you ask?" I raise my eyebrow in confusion.

"She promised to take me on a lunch date today" she says smiling widely.

"Oh! I thought lunch date was only our thing" I say with fake sadness.

"You can join us too daddy," she says excitedly.

"That sounds fun" I speak.

"And we can invite mommy too" she jumps up and down.

I try my hardest not to frown after hearing Charlotte's name. I know that technically I cheated on her but I don't feel an ounce of guilt. Now that I know that Mirabella has no problem with Juliet, the next thing I have to do is end things with Charlotte even if it is just on paper. We both deserve better.

Juliet might not take me back but a man can hope. Even if she doesn't, I will not stop begging for her forgiveness till the day I die. She is mine and I am hers...that's all there is to it. I make my way towards the main hall and surprisingly everyone is already there engulfed in some heated conversation.

"What is happening here?" I ask as I reach them.

"There is some problem Gabriel" Ezio says and I see Diego shouting at someone over the phone.
