Y/N'S POV:

It's almost time! It's almost time! I jump excitedly. I see Mirabel standing in front of Casita with Abuela, looking at the finished product. Or the almost finished product. Hehehe. 

"Calm down Princesa," Camilo laughs at me. I smile over at him and then back at Mirabel. Antonio comes up to me and tugs on my skirt. I'm back into my old skirt and shirt since the construction is over. I also had to give Camilo back his pants.

"Come with me," He tells me. I give him a confused look. He holds out the doorknob. I clutch my heart. 

"You want me to come with you?" I ask him. He nods. 

"You've helped Mirabel and were there for her in her darkest times. I thought you should help give her the doorknob," He tells me. I smile. He is literally the best. 

"I would love to," I smile. I scoop the boy up and give him a piggyback ride. 

"You know, you are way smarter than you should be," I tell him. He giggles and nods. 

"I've been told that before," He tells me. Camilo looks at us with a goofy smile.

"I'll be with my family," He tells me. 

"I'll join you soon. C'mon Antonio. We have a gold doorknob to give!" I say excitedly and bounce the boy. He squeals and nods. I walk towards Mirabel and Abuela. 

"Home sweet home. I like the new foundation," Mirabel says. 

"It isn't perfect," Abuela jokes.

"Neither are we," Mirabel smiles back.

"That's true. Just one more thing, before the celebration," Abuela says. Mirabel adverts her gaze from the house and to Abuela. 

"What?" She asks.

"We need a doorknob," Bruno says. I walk up to her with Antonio on my back. He holds out a golden doorknob with an M engraved into it. It glistens and shines in the sunlight. 

"We made this one for you," Antonio whispers. I smile at her and she gives us a sweet smile. I place Antonio down and he comes to my side. 

"Go open your door," I smile at her. She smiles at me then pulls me in for a hug. I hug her back. I release her and she turns to the door. 

(Okay I couldn't decide how I wanted to do this, because I know it was supposed to be like when Antonio got his gift but switched. But also you're the main character so I wanted to change this with you in it. SO pls don't come for my throat) 

She takes her free hand and grabs mine. 

"Walk with us," She tells me. I look at Antonio who is on the other side of her. I hesitate then take a deep breath. 

"Alright," I tell her. We three walk together. Feeling the eyes on me makes me slightly anxious, but I hold my head up high. As we walk the people around us sing. I find myself singing with them.

"We see how bright you burn. We see how brave you've been. Now, see yourself in turn," We sing as she walks. Her head turns scanning the crowd. We come within a few feet of the door. Antonio and I stop walking and let her walk ahead of us. Antonio comes up to me and grabs my hand. I smile and look back at Mirabel who stands in front of the new Casita. I feel tears prick at my eyes, but no one else is crying so I suck those feelings back in. I'm just so happy for her. For all of us. We worked so hard and now it's finally going to be finished. 

"You're the real gift, kid, let us in," Bruno tells her. Abuela steps up. 

"Open your eyes. Abre los ojos. What do you see?" Abuela asks Mirabel. She looks up to her grandma then back to the doorknob. She pauses and I notice tears well up in her eyes.
