As I was laying in bed, I couldn't stop thinking about Daniel. I rolled around like 1000 times and just could not fall asleep.
"Daniel, if you can hear me...thanks a lot for keeping me up." I thought to myself in my head. I laughed a little bit before finally drifting off to sleep.

I woke up and could smell breakfast cookings downstairs. Birds were singing outside and the sun was shining. What a perfect day. I got up and put my slippers on, before walking down the hall to see my mom smiling at me.
"I'm sorry for not seeing you last night, I was just so caught up in work sweetie."
"It's ok mom", I smiled and walked into the kitchen.
"I made you your favorite. Sunny side up, toast, and orange juice." She put it on the table and I could feel my mouth watering.

As soon as I finished the wonderful breakfast, I headed to school.
"Good morning Wolfie," I thought in my head and giggled.

"Class, there is only a couple of days left until the project is due. Make sure to finish it. After all, it is 70% of your grade. You wouldn't want to ruin it, now would you?" Mr. Gardener said as he sat down at his desk, turning a video on for us to watch. When I went into the classroom, I saw that Daniel was missing. My heart dropped and I sighed. The video started playing and I took notes. Suddenly the door opened and Daniel walked in, gasping for air. He handed the teacher a note and sat down at his desk.
"Daniel?" I looked over at him, and he looked back, fear filled his eyes.

He got out a piece of paper and started to quickly write. He passed me the note and I read it.

They are coming, all of them. I'm was attacked before school. There are scars covering my body. Vampire bites. Just please don't freak out, I'll protect you, you will be safe I promise.

I covered my hand with my mouth and Daniel looked at me. I looked deep into his eyes and all I could see was fear.
