I grabbed my purse and went out the door. As I walked to Daniels house, my heart started pounding hard. I could see him standing there, with his eyes wide. He smiled and started making his way toward me.
"Wow", he lightly gasped and covered his mouth.
I blushed and twirled around, "Do you...like it?"
"I...I love it," he put his arms on the sides of my waist and smiled. I could feel electricity running through my body.
He awkwardly let go and opened the car door, "M'mam", he smiled and gestured his hand to the car.
"Thank you, sir", I got in and a large grin spread across his face and he got in as well.

We started driving and I decided to put my hand on his leg, I have seen my mom do that so I figured that's what you do in a car. His hands were on the wheel but I could see him smile.
"Are you ready for tonight?" He asked and looked over at me. I could see that his charm wasn't with him.
"Yes", I replied and blushed.
"You look beautiful today...not that you don't look beautiful everyday...um..." I started laughing because clearly he was nervous. It was the cutest thing ever.
"Thank you", I cut him off and planted a kiss on his cheek and it got red.

I giggled and looked out the window, I could see a lake and lights surrounding the rim. There was a small restaurant covered in little Christmas lights.

The car finally stopped and Daniel got out of the car to open the door for me. When I stepped out, I could smell the fresh water and I closed my eyes for a split second just to take it all in. He grabbed my hand and held it in his and we walked to the restaurant.

We sat for hours talking about the smallest things. It ranged from the weather to football games. I could see that we were the only ones left inside and I giggled a little bit, the champagne was acting up.
"What's so funny?" He laughed along with me.
"We are all alone", I grinned and he continued to laugh. I hiccuped and covered my mouth, a laugh escaped.
"Let me show you something", he got up and took my hand, leading me outside.

There was a deck with a couch and we sat down. I looked up at the sky and I could see millions of tiny stars. They were all shining bright like diamonds and they lit up the world. The moon was reflecting onto the lake and it was as if the lake sparkled.
I looked up at him and my mind took over, "Daniel, have you ever had your first kiss?"
He started blushing hard and replied "I have never tried to", he let out a nervous laugh and we both put our heads down.

A minute later I looked up at him and I could see him staring back at me. I put my hand on his cheek and rubbed my thumb across it. I leaned in and our lips crashed into each other. I pulled back and saw that he was smiling at me. His green eyes were sparkling and it made chills run down my back. I leaned my head on his shoulder, and we looked off at the distance. Looking at the sky full of stars.
