“Jake, please pay attention.” The teacher snapped at me in class. I'd barely slept and it’s been getting to me. I looked up as she taught, but once again I zoned out.
“Now class, because it is school spirit week we will be hosting our annual camping trip.” The teacher said.
Ewwww I hate camping.
Bugs and uncomfortable sleeping situations and YUCK!
“The cabins will be selected by dorm room and this years event will be a scavenger hunt. You will all be able to choose your groups so pick wisely.”

“So you guys have a camping trip every year?” Sunoo asked as we all sat down at our lunck table.
“Yeah, but most of the time it's pretty lame.” Jay said as I nodded.
“Speak for yourself, I think it’s cool. It’s a few hours away and there is normally another school there as well.” Niki said.
“Wait so, more humans, isn’t this like a big safety hazard?” I asked.
“Yeah, I think the school mostly does this trip so we seem normal to other schools. However if someone from a different school gets hurt, then we are in deep shit.”
“Wow, you are so positive Sunghoon.” Heeseung joked as Sunghoon pretended to slap him.
“Do you know what school will be there? Maybe it will be some students from our old school.” I said as Sunoo and Jungwons faces lit up in smiles. Even the thought of seeing our old friends made us all beam.
“Oh I really hope Keeho hyung is there! I miss him dearly.” Sunoo said as Niki stiffend.
“Yeah! Or maybe Somi!” Jungwon chimed in.
“I hope Geonu is there, I feel like it’s been years since I’ve seen him.” I said.
The four boys at our table all held scowls on their faces.
“Hey Sunoo, Jungwon. Do you smell that?”
“I definitely do Jake, it smells a bit like jealousy.” Sunoo said.
“Yeah, jealousy mixed with testosterone.” Jungwon said and started laughing. Thanks to his joke the tension in the table cleared up, mostly.
Sunghoon still had an angry look on his face. I reached my hand over and placed it on his leg and gently rubbed it for a second, trying to reassure him.
After the whole Niki thing, I’ve learned this guy gets REALLLYYYYYY jealous. Barely anyone can look at me without him eyeing them.
He tried to give me a small smile, but I could tell it was forced.
That must mean he likes me, I mean who wouldn’t want this aussie ass-
I’ll stop.
“Well the trip will be in two days so make sure you guys are packed.” Heeseung said. “We always leave very early in the morning which is fine for us vampires, but I’m not sure you humans will be able to handel it.”
“Is that a challenge? Well just to prove you wrong I will stay up the whole night before hand to show you that I am not a wimp!” Jungwon chimed.

I really wish Jungwon wasn't so competitive. We have to start heading to the buses for the camping trip and this dumbass took what Heeseung said seriously and stayed up all night. Now I practically have to drag him to the bus.
