Game Day

"Nika please be here on time, Lorenzos' car is in the shop so he can't take me home today".
I said to my older sister Anika. She was dropping me off at school and I was late like always when she takes me.

"Girl I'll be here. Love you" she said.

"Love you too." I said closing the car door.

I went to go get a tardy slip and then I walked to my first period; Precalculus. I was an honors student so it was majority of seniors in this class with some juniors.

"Late again Ms. Greene." My teacher Ms. Newbrook said.

"Yeap" I replied after giving her the note and sitting in my seat.

"Ok we're discussing yesterday's class work" she said before proceeding with the lesson. I had an A in this class so she don't trip on me when I'm late.

I felt my phone vibrate and it was my boyfriend

by the lockers after this period.

I put my phone away and followed along. After 20 minutes Ms. Newbrook let us get into our groups to play a math game for our test tomorrow.

"Damn you look good today"

"Thank you Wayne" I replied smiling.

"My pleasure." He said then licked his lips.

"Nigga you been feening since 10th grade" our classmate Eli said while making our group laugh. He was right. Wayne has been trying to talk to me since my freshman year while He was a sophomore at the time. I would've gave him a chance but he flirt too much. Plus He's the most popular guy in school along with Lo so you know how that goes with the females. Lo didn't get a chance to do anything because he was on me as soon as he got to this school. He always said I was the finest one in the school lol I mean it might be true but you know these guys like to run game.

"You still coming to my party next week?" Wayne asked me.

"Yeah I'll be there with my homegirls"

"Aight. Leave Lo at home" he said making me laugh.

"Oh please" I replied. We all talked some more and played the game until class was over.
I went to the lockers and saw Lo talking to some of his football team mates. . I used to cheer 9th and most of 10th grade but I quit last year because I broke my wrist. It was the worst pain ever and since I was too scared to break another bone., I never went back. 

"Wassup baby" he said while hugging me. "Aight I'll see y'all boys later" he said to them.

"You smell so good" I said. He grabbed my hand as We started walking to my next period.

"Thank you baby. You do too" he replied. "You coming to my game tonight"?

"Ofcourse." I replied back.

"Good. Well tell Nika she don't have to come and get you. G taking me home so just ride with us and come to my house."

"Ok I will. Who at your house"? I asked while smirking.
