The one who's always for others
Stands alone himself
It's always a struggle
Choosing between heart and the self.
To lead our lives
Inspite of the astonishing limitations
We learn to thrive
In unsurmountable circumstances.
Walking and handling the roads
Ultimately learning to cope
Recognizing our truest potential
Beginning to hope.
It hurts a lot when you are innocent
And yet can't prove yourself
Misunderstood by all
Honesty is dual-edged sword.
Honesty is rare
A muffler in the snow
Warms the bearer
It has courage unknown.
A sibling of bravery
Honesty has power immense
Coursing through deceit
It doesn't give a damn.
