Under the guise of contempt, I've worked towards my defence

Under the guise of problems, I've doubled my efforts
Under the guise of rejection, I've fought for myself inwards
Under the guise of pain, I've learned to smile
Under the guise of shadows, I've enabled my conscience to follow
