Chapter 1 // meeting you

It was like any normal day, you woke up at 8:26 pm your sleep schedule was very messed up. You hear your sister streaming in the room next to you, you wasn't bothered by this as Niki always streamed just as you woke up. you listened to her for a little then decided to take a shower you gather your things and head to the bathroom, you put your favourite playlist on and hopped in the shower. Just as you're washing your hair you favourite song comes on so you decided to sing to it, what you didn't realise is how loud you were singing.

~Niki's POV~

"Hey Niki who is that singing their heart and soul out" Wilbur says curiously "oh that's just my sister it's her favourite song" Niki says informatively, " I never knew you had a sister, I never even knew you had any siblings" Wilbur says confused "yeah, yeah she's never around much during the day time she sleeps during the day" Niki says, "well I'd love to meet her sometime she sounds nice, and she has great music taste" Wilbur says excitedly "yes of course I can introduce you two after stream" Niki says smiling.

~Your POV~

You finish showering and get out of the shower, you wrap yourself in a towel and sit down you start to zone out and think of all the things you need to do. You decided that you need to get ready so you can see your mum before she goes to work, so you grab some comfy clothes and you put your hoodie on and just as you put your sweatpants on you lose balance and knock something over. "FUCKKKK" you scream as a bottle of leave in conditioner lands on your foot, "Y/N WHATS WRONG" Niki shouts as she runs into your room "I knocked a bottle of leave in conditioner on my foot" I say laughing, we both laugh and she informs you of what Wilbur said and you agree. You then go downstairs.

you see your mum sitting on the sofa drinking a drink, it looks like a hot chocolate, "where's mine?" you say jokingly "in the kitchen waiting for you to make it yourself" she says back jokingly. you both laugh, you grab your favourite snack and a drink and go to sit down on the couch. you and your mum talk about how you've been and you talk about work. "y/n you know you need to get a job, I know its going to be difficult and I'm not forcing you to, you can apply when your ready" she says with sympathy in her voice "I know mum I applied for 2 coffee shop jobs" you say reassuring her "that's good y/n I'm so proud of you, just remember if you get an interview just go and if it feels right go for it but if the atmosphere isn't very welcoming you don't have to say yes" she says calming your anxiety "thank you mum" you say gratefully. it was now time for your mum to go to work, you say your goodbyes and she leaves. you put on your favourite show and relax.

it had been 2 hours when Niki came down to get you, you completely forgot that Wilbur wanted to meet you and you didn't realise how fast the time went by. Niki comes down to say that she ended stream and wants you to meet Wilbur, you agree and follow her upstairs. they were on a video call, when you sit down next to Niki you see a smile appear on Wilbur's face, his smile was so warm and welcoming "you must be y/n, Niki's sister" he says with a wide smile "um...yeah I assume Niki told you my name" you smile back "yes she told me all about you" he says informing you, "good" you smile widely.

You, Wilbur and Niki had been talking for 5 hours you didn't realise until you looked at the time and realised how late it was, it was 2:30 am now a shocked expression made its way onto your face "what's wrong y/n" Wilbur said concerned "oh its nothing I just realised how late it was" you said laughing "if you want to go I completely understand" Wilbur says being understanding "thank you are you sure you don't mind I don't want to seem rude" you say worried "no its completely okay. can I have your discord username so we can speak more" Wilbur says "I don't use discord I can give you my number if you would like it" you say "yes please I'd love to talk with you more" Wilbur says with a hint of happiness in his voice.

you give him your number and he gives you his, you both put each others numbers in your phones and you say goodnight and leave. you get into bed to watch some tiktoks on your phone, then you get a message...
