This is embarrassing so fucking embarrassing.

Yeonjun adjusts his red lace-front and glasses. He peaks a few tables over at Kai, whose on his first date in a while. Yeonjun thought it would be a bright idea for us to go undercover and make sure things went smoothly.

Me: You do realize if mom finds out you took one of  her wigs she's going to murder you, right?
Yeonjun: She'll be fine she barely wears them anyway. So what do you think so far.

I think this fake mustache is itchy and this hat is too big for my head.

Me: About?
Yeonjun: Her, she doesn't seem like his type.
Me: What is his type?
Yeonjun: Not her.
Me: You don't even know her and you're judging.

He sighs.

Yeonjun: It's the brother intuition okay?
Me: Brother intuition?
Yeonjun: Mhm, it's like my spidery senses tingle when you guys are in trouble.
Me: That night my car broke down you didn't answer your phone.
Yeonjun: Sometimes the line gets tangled.
Me: Uh-huh.

Regardless of his extreme ways, I do understand his concern. Kai is sweet so it's easy for people to take advantage of him. Add on the fact he's an idol, as well as his dads it's like a free ride to royalty.

Kai gets up from the table and heads to the bathroom. Once he's out of sight the girl scrambled to pull out her phone. Nosey leans his whole body that way to try and hear her conversation.

Yeonjun: Can you hear her?
Me: No crazy.
Yeonjun: What if she's calling her second lover?
Me: Second lover? Look sherlock holmes I don't think she would be calling another lover while on a date.
Yeonjun: But how do you know? I'm going to move in closer for recon.

Oh he's lost his mind.

In the midst of  "creeping" he trips making the wig fall off. People around gasp and point once they recognize him.

"First Kai, now Yeonjun?" "Oh my God is that Yeonjun?"

He scrambles to his feet trying to put his disguise back together as I drink my lemonade. Kai comes back trying to figure out the commotion he sees his older brother and frown.

Kai: What're you doing here?

Yeonjun clears his throat and in a high pitched voice saids.

Yeonjun: Oh my gosh! You're Kai from TXT!

Kai snatches the crooked wig off the boy's head. Before he can say anything  I hear "Run Wonnie!" and he jets out the door.

Minhyuk and Jooheon can't stop laughing as Kai recalls the shenanigans of the restaurant.

Shownu: You crashed your brother's date?
Yeonjun: I didn't crash it, more like checked up on it.
Kai: I don't know why you checked in the first place!
Yeonjun: I was worried.

My dad (Hyungwon) and I exchange looks before going back to prepping dinner.

Kai: Worried?
Yeonjun: What if the girl was a gold-digger? Kidnapper? Serial killer?

He gasps.

Yeonjun: Or worse, a terrible dresser!
Kai: Minhyuk is a terrible dresser and mom married him!

The man in question stops laughing.

Changkyun: Yeonjun was just being the typical older brother, overprotective. However you have to trust Kai to make his own decisions. He isn't a teenager anymore.

Yeonjun sighs.

Yeonjun: You're right, sorry I got us put on the first page of a magazine and ruined your date.
Kai: I don't care about the magazine thing, although Beomgyu might try to kill you. And it's okay, you were just looking out.

They both laugh.

"Has anyone seen my red wig?"

Yeonjun's life flashes in front of his eyes.
