I walk out of the nail salon thinking of what I have next to do on my list. My hair appointment is at 11:30 then I have to go food and household shopping. Getting my car I head to the hair salon.

"Noooo kd what aren't you getting? I'm not going to be home so why would you be here?" I ask him with my phone on speaker while I put on my Rolex.
"Ion care ian ask allat I just wanna come ova yo Asian ass lucky I asked to pull up in tha first place oh and come open tha door" he said and hung up.

I huff and rolled my eyes before slipping on my slides and walking out my room. Getting downstairs I open the door to see kd, Ben, Joe and three other males.
"Um who are y'all?" I ask looking up at them while kd, Ben and Joe just walk in. "Bway kentrell brotha" The dark skin boy says and I take in his appearance seeing their resemblance. "P yungin" a young guy says looking me up and down.
"Dee I'm yb cousin" the other guy says and I nod. "Okay so who invited y'all?" I ask as nice as possible "Kd" they say in union and I nod moving out of the way letting them inside.
I shut the door behind them before making my way to the kitchen seeing kd in my refrigerator. I take off one of my slides and come up behind him before repeatedly hitting him with it.
"Ow! Fuck! Angel damn! Ten come get ha!!!" He yells out. I stop and put my shoe back on fixing my hair. "Now the next time you invite some people I don't know to my house ima beat your ass. You luck two of them is kentrell family" I say mugging him.
Hearing laughing behind me I turn around to see Ben "I told yo dumb ass" he teases kd who just mugs us. "Getcho ape lookin ass tha fuck on"Kd says waking out bumping past Ben. I roll my eyes and close the refrigerator door before turning back around to see Ben is still standing there.
"Can you pleaseee make sure they don't fuck up my house" I beg and he laughs but nods. "You kno I gotchu sis" he says making me smile. A knock comes to the door and my smile drops "shit. Don't open the door" I tell him before running out of the kitchen.
I race upstairs to my room and grab my purse that already has my money, phone, lip gloss, taser and keys. Going back downstairs I catch my breath and fix my hair before opening the door and stepping out ignoring the guys standing in the arch way watching me.
I shut the door behind me and look up being met with Isaiah's eyes. "Wow" he breaths out looking me up and down. My cheeks heat up and I look away.
In my driveway behind one of the boys car is a white gate r35. "Your car is beautiful" I say gawking at it. He chuckles and grabs my hand. "Thanks maybe one day we'll have matching ones" he says and I smile looking up at him.

"That's amazing. We have so much in common" I laugh out and he nods. Isaiah is a owner of his own tech company and is pairing with Microsoft and apple.
"But you....you're such an inspiration. Coming from a family of money and still wanting to make a name for yourself....honestly I don't know many people who would do what you did" he says before sipping his champagne.
"I mean it was and is good for me but my family....I don't know it just seems like they wanted me to stay in place and never make a name for myself. Or go outside of the family's businesses" I said looking up at him.
"That's not right. Sounds like their jealous" he says shaking his head. "It was more so my mom and sisters. Not Carmen tho. She always stood by me and was proud of me" I give a small smile.
"It's good that you had someone to confide in. You should never be ashamed of your success. Be proud" he says and I nod. "I am..now" I say with a smile and he returns it.
"You are a beautiful woman" he says and I look away giggling as my heart does flips. "Stoppp" I drag and he laughs. "It's true tho. You're smile and your laugh .....it's something I want to hear everyday" he says grabbing my hand from across the table.
I look into his eyes as he looks at me in adoration and I can't help the smile that spreads across my face.
I hope this lasts. He's just such an amazing man. I'd hate to have to go back to the way I was before.
