19. Right Person

'Time will reveal who's loss it truly was...'

Jimin was back to the palace after he attended the prayers and met people.

On other occasion he would have felt delighted to finally meet people but since he had that woman complain about her missing son, he felt anxious. He was more agitated at the fact that Lisa didn't listen to the poor lady's concern.

He headed towards their private chambers as guards informed him where Lisa was. After the guards announced his arrival in the chambers he entered. Lisa just merely glanced up at his direction, almost dismissing. She looked like she was out of some workout since the way she was a little sweaty. But that wasn't Jimin's concern.

"Alpha I want to talk to you about something..", Jimin started with his usual soft tone.

"Shouldn't you be resting right now... I told you already Omega. The sooner you get well, the better. Since I can't hold myself back. We are married since forever and we're get to be mated."

"But Alpha...", Jimin tried to speak but Lisa cut him off.

"I know I can't give you bite since you don't have scent gland. But we haven't consummate yet. I won't like for it to get late even further.", Lisa spoke in her firm tone. And that was really unusual of her. At least in case of Jimin. Since she never treated him like this.

"I apologise Alpha... I will take proper rest so we can... Um... Consummate soon.", His voice had gotten lower while speaking this. Lisa just nodded.

"Now, what were you here talk about?"

"I visited the town today. For prayers. I heard that few Omegas are missing from the town and..."

"They are not missing.", Lisa once again cut him when she dressed in her Robes. She lifted her cummerbund to tie around her tapered waist which highlighted her features even more. Jimin just stood there staring at her in confusion.

"Alpha, there were three Omegas at first but then two more had gone missing....", Jimin tried to explain what he had heard while he was in the town.

"They are not missing. They are currently at Rogue's pack.", Lisa said. Jimin had his mouth wide open. A sudden concern filled his mind. The stories he has heard about the rogues are not really pretty. The tails of their cruelty are not something he is unheard of.

"Alpha... We should send the help. Or at least a message since....", Jimin's voice was now more clear. The timidity from before now gone.

"There's no need. They are rogues. There's certainly no way they would let them go. And even if they do, will any Alpha or even Beta accept them? Because that's for sure that there's no way they're left untainted.", Lisa's voice was firm which left Jimin with no further discussion.

What he felt was... Helplessness. For the first time in his life. His folks were suffering, which he had no idea about....

Beomgyu winced as he leaned over the rock near the river.

The immense pain in his lower stomach was killing him. And with that the slight limp in his step was not helping him at all. The tears were streaming down uncontrollably.

Lisa had taken him forcefully after he tried to deny. It was like a nightmare he will never forget. Once she was done he ran. He ran with all his might even if he was hurting. He didn't want anyone to see him crying. Thus he ran wherever his legs took him. And now here he was. At the river. Crying alone...

"Are you okay, little Omega?", A deep voice was heard that made Beomgyu almost jump out of his skin. He hurriedly turned around to see a man standing on few feet.

Even though he had concern laced on his face, he really had a friendly aura. He must be a beta considering he didn't have much of a scent.

"Hey, are you okay?", He asked again while inching forward cautiously.

"No!! Don't come closer...", Beomgyu yelled while he wrapped his petite arms around himself in defence, tightly holding onto his hanbok he had hastily worn before running away.

"Hey.. Calm down. I'm hurting you. I just want to help you... What's your name little one?", He asked while giving a friendly smile which was shaped like a rectangle.

"B-Beomgyu..."

"Nice name. My name is Taehyung.", He stretched his hand to help the Omega which Beomgyu took hesitantly. He stood up and stepped down from the stepping rock.

"Can you walk?", He asked noticing the limp.  The Omega just nodded mutely.

"Okay then. Let's go and get you cleaned up..."

Sungwoon panted as took his satchel down and looked behind to eye all the stairs he had to climb to reach the cliff of the mountain.

He eyed the hut before he knocked on the door.

Even after two knocks there wasn't any answer so he thought that maybe the holy devotee wasn't home. So he turned to leave but was surprised to see him standing just behind him.

"Long time no see....", Jin laughed heartily.

"Oh you scared me You Holiness. The reason being..."

"About Jimin?", Jin smiled when he saw Sungwoon's shocked face. He just nodded wordlessly as Jin lead him inside the hut.

"Um... Something has happened. Jimin's Omega had acted up. When Lisa tried to get closer to him...", Sungwoon explained shortly.

"Oh...."

"Oh? You holiness.... This is serious. You had told Jimin to mask his scent but some Alpha wolf found out about his wolf. Who knows what might he do with information.... Not even Lisa, his mate knows about his scen—"

"She is not his mate."

"What?", Sungwoon stopped. He looked at Jin who's face was still calm.

"I had told that his scent will be revealed on the right time. And it did... To the right person....", Jin just leaned back on his seat without even looking at Sungwoon who's mouth was just opening and closing like a dying fish.

"Yo- you mean to say he's his...."

"Yes.", Jin replied shortly.

"Now what?"

"Simple. Now we just sit back and watch."

I have written this while traveling. And I'm gonna surprise visit my family... Yayy... I'm so happy I'm finally going home.
