22. Make A Deal

'The Universe has conspired against us.'

"Is your ankle okay now?"

Jimin snapped his head at almost breakneck speed. The trails of his most impure thoughts had just left him after he had convinced himself that it was nothing more than just a dream. Maybe he hadn't been intimate yet even after marriage and that's why his deepest desires are coming up and dreaming about that alpha. That alpha wasn't even real.

But now seeing him standing in front of him again in flesh and blood made the ground almost slip away from under his feet. And now that he see him, he sees him clearly than that dark day at riverside.

Any Alpha shouldn't be that tall and broad. He was an unusual alpha. His smell too strong than any alpha he had smelled. (Not that he complained) The light torches were making his features even more visible and more intimidating the more he stared. The scar on his cheek must be a given property from some battle like every Alpha likes to brag upon. Even that scar was not making his handsome face loose any charm. If anything it added more to it. But he won't admit it.

Jimin's first reaction was to frown at him and take two steps back to keep decent distance between them. He first checked his appearance to check if he's not exposed anywhere like that day. Even though his scent is making him drool, he cannot forget that this alpha is an outsider for him and he is married.

"What are you doing here?", He managed to make his voice firm.

"Now it's not how you welcome your guests.... Especially those who've... seen you well.", With a nasty smirk the Alpha's eyes trailed up & down Jimin's frame making him red. He subconsciously wrapped his hands around himself as if to shield himself and glared at the Alpha.

"How dare you!! Do you know who I am?", Jimin threatened. Jungkook's eyebrow twitched. He let out a snarky chuckle.

"No wonder you married that excuse of an Alpha. Both of you love to show off your ranks too much. You both suite each other well, don't you?", He mocked with poison laced voice. He stepped closer to Jimin making him a little uncomfortable but he didn't cower away even though his scent was making him submit to the alpha so badly. He wasn't weak like others. He was Busan's Luna for a reason.

"You can get severely punished for threatening me. You know that, don't you?"

Jungkook almost stepped in his space and let out a long sigh. Jimin bored his eyes into him without fear.

"And you can get severely punished for hiding your scent, you know that. Don't you?", Jungkook mocked while leaning down to eye level of the Omega. Jimin's eyes widened.

"I was just asking about your ankle and respond to me so rudely. I even treated you. How ungrateful of you!!", Jungkook pouted. Jimin was shocked, now that remembered. His anklet was taken by this Alpha!!

"My anklet!! It's with you, isn't it? I want it back!!", Jimin almost gasped. Jungkook let out an amused chuckle seeing the Omega's desperation.

"Tch. Now you're talking. But I'm hurt because of your recent behaviour. I might not give it back to you...", Jungkook just shrugged making Jimin even more angry. He was already so pissed at this arrogant alpha who knew that he was Luna and still was being this unruly with him.

"You're crossing your lines. Give it back or I have to call the guards to force you..."

In a second Jimin was yanked forward by the back of his nape making him almost loose balance. He was nose to nose with the tall alpha while his grip on his nape wasn't allowing him to pull away. All he could was just to pathetically wriggle in Alpha's hold.

"You need to tone it down Omega. It's not me who has upper hand... And you don't tell me what to do, be it's Luna or your dickhead Alpha. I keep whatever I like. And I liked your anklet... So I will keep it.", Jungkook said in his heavy and piercing voice. Jimin's skin was filled with goosebumps. He could feel the rumble as he talked as he had his hands resting on Alpha's chest.

"Do you understand?", Jungkook once again asked making Jimin hypnotically nod. Alpha's scent of fresh rain with a hint of vetiver heavy on his senses. Jungkook removed the hand from his nape making Jimin stand straight.

"Who are you?", Jimin quietly asked.

"Someone whom Lisa considers as a no one.", Jungkook answered.

"Are you from rogue pack?", Jimin asked further. He noticed Jungkook's different style of clothing than other civilians. No offense or mockery in his voice. Just curiosity.

"Yes.", Jimin's interest perked up at that. He needed to calm down and talk this out.

"Listen. I don't want any enmity with you...", Jimin now tried to coax him as gently as possible.

"Of course. Because you won't afford that. Would you?", Jungkook bit back and Jimin gulped.

"Please I want some information.", He said.

"Just so you know, I like when someone begs. And not just for some information.", Jungkook smirked. Jimin tried hiding his red face by changing the subject.

"Please, tell me do you have few Omega's kept in your pack that are from our town?" Jimin asked ignoring his previous comment.

"Yes.", Jungkook answered non-chalantly.

"See, please tell your Alpha to return those Omegas back. Their families are so worried for them. In return I will try to persuade Lisa to make treaty with you.", Jimin sounded hopeful. Even if his own life was at danger by being caught by a rogue Alpha right now, he couldn't forget that his first responsibility was his people and Busan.

Jungkook was amused. Jimin didn't really know who he was.

"Why would I tell our Alpha such thing. What's there for me?"

"What do you want?"

"So eager. But what would you give me? And why?"

"Because they're my people. I would do anything to save them.", Jimin huffed.

"Let's make a deal then. If you accept, I will talk with our 'Alpha' to return those Omegas back.", Jungkook said observing Jimin's face. Jimin's face morphed into suspicion.

"How do I know that you're speaking truth
And on what basis do you think your Alpha will listen to you?", Jimin asked. Jungkook let out yet another chuckle.

"Because I am his right hand person. And those Omegas are now no use to him. And on the last part of the deal, I will return your anklet...", Jungkook said. And Jimin perked up at that.

"Okay. What do you want?", Jimin asked without missing a bit. Almost desperate.

"Please me."

"What?", Jimin growled.

"Easy there Omega. It is you who is in need. This is my deal. Meet me in the night at the riverside. One time you please me, one Omega will you will get back....

And I wonder how much time Lisa will take to notice the absence of your Betrothal anklet....."
