16. In My Thoughts

'You And I Were Forever Wild.'

"Dear Luna... You're smelling like an Alpha!!"

Jimin was still in haze. He couldn't listen to Beomgyu who exclaimed while smelling a very heavy alpha scent on their Luna. And it definitely wasn't of Lisa, he could tell. It's almost like someone has scented the Omega.

"Prepare a bath.", Jimin whispered a little distracted. Beomgyu didn't waste another second as he hurried away to the bath for preparation.

In mere few minutes the bath was ready with warm water and some scented herbs to calm Jimin's nerves like always. The bath was the only place where Jimin could let his scent out as while bathing it wasn't possible to mask his scent. So he would bath without any maid or servant present there and he would carry his jar of salve with him to the bath.

But this time maybe he was too much distracted to even remember about the salve. Or maybe too much dazed with the mysterious Alpha's scent still lingering on his skin.

He relaxed into the bath and closed his eyes. He let the warm water calm his nerves so that he could forget about the Alpha and his oh so addicting scent. The smell of Lemon balm and lavender petals slowly started to settle as he rubbed his skin softly. He let out a sigh before leaning back on the edge and closing his eyes for a moment. Only a soft noise of his own breathing filled the empty vast space as Jimin tried to forget whatever happened few minutes ago.

"Thinking about me Omega?"

Jimin's eyes snapped open and he straightened his back. His flustered eyes scanned over the whole room only to be slightly relieved to find no one. His ears must be ringing, he thought. He really needs to clear his head.

He tried to even his breathing. But it started to pick up as a figure emerged from the under the water just in front of him. Similiar to the moment few minutes ago.

The dark figure of that mysterious handsome alpha once again stood in front of Jimin who was a little startled. The water dripped down the dark long locks of the alpha over his sharp jawline oddly turning Jimin on.

He had a sudden urge to caress his defined jaw with the tip of his tongue, to pick up the droplets that were carelessly dripping down. To tress the mole that was underneath his thin lips or tangle his fingers into the waves of his black locks. To slowly tress his burning fingertips over the Alpha's torso over the ripples of his muscles. And maybe go even further down to check the territory which was currently hidden underneath the water...

Alpha's smirk brought Jimin out of his unholy thoughts and Jimin's face covered with a dark pink hue with embarrassment. He tried to steal his body in poor attempts of hide himself from the handsome Alpha's intense gaze.

"Can't get rid of my thoughts, do you? Aren't you married? Or maybe you don't care about that at all?", The Alpha's deep voice brought a shiver on Jimin's spine but in a good way. And Jimin felt embarrassed for his behaviour. But still he couldn't get rid of those thoughts...

The mysterious Alpha leaned towards Jimin towering him completely. But Jimin didn't have any space to lean away nor that his body was listening to move away, even though it was wrong. It's like he had forgotten the sense of wrong and right.

He froze on his spot when the Alpha came impossibly closer to his face. One slight move and their lips would definitely clash. And on the que Jimin closed his eyes.

Suddenly someone knocked on the door. Jimin came out of the trance and opened his eyes and looked here and there.

No one.

Imagination?

He felt so embarrassed to have such thoughts about some alpha who's name also he didn't know. He quickly came out of the bath and felt something sticky between his legs.

God, he was wet with slick.

Clear arousal still evident. So he picked a towel and wiped the mess in hurry. He left the towel there in a his clothes pile. He was still distracted when he came out of the bath space only with a towel wrapped around his nakedness.

Beomgyu was waiting outside the door with his royal robes. But his eyes went wide when he eyed the Omega in disbelief. Jimin was confused when he saw his stare towards him.

"Your g-grace.... You have... A s-scent!!", With that Jimin's eyes went wide. He totally forgot about the salve.

"....So that's why I cover my scent. The Holy devotee has told me that not even my mate should know about my scent.", Jimin explained.

He felt bad that he has been hiding this from Beomgyu. Beomgyu has been a very loyal friend to him. Not just a servant. But even he himself didn't know the reason behind why he had to hide his scent.

But now there was one more person who knew about his scent apart from Sungwoon. And of course... That mysterious Alpha.

Jimin only knew that if that mysterious Alpha decides to evade his space and secret, he will be hanged to death. And he didn't want such things because he didn't want to break Busan's folks' trust. So he would just have to hide his secret as long as he can and if possible, never face that Alpha again.

"I understand your grace. If the Holy Devotee has decided this, then there must be some reason. I will not speak of this anywhere and will help you to hide your secret. Do not worry, your grace.", Beomgyu smiled. Jimin heaved a breath of relief as he eyed the Omega who really proved to be a loyal friend.

Beomgyu started helping Jimin to get ready as Lisa had demanded to meet him.

"But your grace, to be honest, it's a shame that you cannot show your scent. It's very beautiful and something like I had never smelled before. It's really unique and soothing. If Your highness is to know your scent, she would go totally crazy over you. Even any alpha would.", Beomgyu praised but Jimin just smiled awkwardly. His thoughts once again went towards a specific Alpha.

"Your grace!!", Beomgyu's gasp once again broke Jimin's trail of thoughts. He looked at him who was staring at Jimin's foot.

"Where is your Betrothal anklet?"
