[One year after the events of Hotel Transylvania 4: Transformania, the pack's back to normal, but suddenly they keep on transforming and mutating, causing havoc.]

The werewolf family slept peacefully in their bedroom; Wayne snored in his pajamas, his eyes suddenly flickered red.

"Huh?" asked Wayne; his eyes turned red as he growled.

The next night

Wanda yawned and stretched her arms; she realized Wayne wasn't in bed.

"Sweeheart? Where are you?" asked Wanda; she heard growling in the living room. "Kids, I think someone's in the room..."

"Oh my, could it be a bat cronie?" asked Winnie worriedly; the werewolf pups got supplies to use as weapons.

"Sunny, I want you to babble at the burglar," said Wanda; Sunny seemed confused. "Growl, I meant growl at the burglar, like the brave werewolf pup you are!"

Wally opened the door and said, "Oh, it's just Dad..."

Wayne seemed huger than before.

"Are you okay Daddy? You sure got huge," whimpered Willie; Wayne turned around and growled.

"Oops... Hehe, goodnight Daddy," greeted Wanye nervously.

Wayne roared as the werewolf family screamed.

Meanwhile...

Mavis, Dennis, and Johnny heard screaming and roaring.

"What was that?" asked Johnny worriedly.

"I think it was from the werewolf family's room," said Dennis.

Later...

The Loughran family knocked on the werewolf family's door.

"Hello? Uncle Wayne? Aunt Wanda? Is everything okay in here?" asked Mavis. There wasn't a response. "I don't think they'll mind if we come in."

Mavis opened the door and gasped; the room looked like an army base.

"Wayne? Wanda? Winnie?" called out Johnny; the werewolf pups and Wanda popped out from a pillow wall. They looked like as if they were part of a street gang.

"What are you guys doing here?" asked Wanda worriedly; her sundress seemed ripped to look like a tank top dress, and she had black stripes painted on her cheeks.

"Why does the room and you guys look like as if a war's going on? Plus, where's Uncle Wayne?" asked Mavis.

"Shhh Mavis! You don't want to attract Daddy!" whimpered Winnie.

"What's wrong with Uncle Wayne?" asked Dennis in confusion; everyone in the room heard growling. Wayne jumped out of nowhere.

"AH!" screamed Johnny; Willie and Wanye threw rope at Wayne, causing him to trip.

"Turns out Wayne mutated for some reason!" yelled Wanda; Mavis and Dennis fought off Wayne.

"Huh, that reminds me of when Gigi and I turned into mindless monsters," said Johnny; Mavis and Dennis finally trapped Wayne in a handmade cage.

"Come on Johnny, it's not like there are mad scientists or an invention room in the basement!" cackled Wesley, pointing down. "Oh wait..."

Wayne roared as everyone shivered.

Later...

Mavis, Johnny, Dennis, Wanda, and Winnie went into the invention room.

"VAN HELSINGS! WHAT DID YOU TWO- do," said Johnny; Ericka and Abraham built something.

"What's this?" asked Wanda.

"We're creating a scooter course!" smiled Ericka.

"That's nice Aunty Ericka, but something happened to Daddy," whimpered Winnie.

"Like what?" asked Abraham.

"He sort of ... mutated," stated Dennis.

"Mutation eh?" said Abraham; he shuffled into a box and got the Monsterfication Ray. "Hm... Let me think..." Ericka's eyes widened.

"We transformed the pack back with the Monsterfication Ray, right?" asked Ericka, everyone nodded. "GASP! THE TRANSFORMATION IS STARTING TO MUTATE!"

"Why did it take like a year?" questioned Mavis.

"Because they were human and turned into normal monsters; the transformation would be slower," stated Abraham.

"What's so bad about one mutation? I mean, it's not like Wayne's friends would mutate too!" laughed Wanda; she dropped her jaw. "Oh wait, the mutation of Wayne's friends."

Meanwhile...

Frank, Dracula, Griffin, and Murray ate breakfast.

"Man, I wonder what's keeping Wayne up," said Murray.

"Maybe he overslept, that's what dogs do sometimes," said Griffin; Frank's eyes suddenly flickered red as he crushed his wormcake.

"Huh? That was weird," said Frank; Dracula's eyes flickered red as he grabbed a goblet and threw it.

"Sometimes going on, I feel like I'm mutating," whimpered Dracula; Murray's eyes turned red as he growled.

Mavis heard screaming and roaring.

"OH NO! DID UNCLE WAYNE ESCAPE?!" cried Mavis; she ran out and saw Frank, who grew in size. "N-Nice flesh golem..." Frank roared angrily.

Meanwhile...

Wayne grew and destroyed the cage; he hopped out through the window.

Later...

Monsters ran through the secret escape passageway.

"THIS WAY! QUICKLY!" cried Johnny; the monsters ran out into the forest as they screamed.

Fortunately, the hotel wasn't destroyed.

"I'm surprised," dropped Mavis, thumping rattled the forest; the Drac pack, now mutated, rumbled the forest.

"I want my mommy," whined Wanda; Dennis growled and picked up a boulder.

"EVIL TITANS! YOU WILL NEVER WIN!" growled Dennis, throwing the boulder at Murray; the boulder bounced right off of Murray. "Sorry Uncle Murray..." Murray growled angrily as the monsters screamed.

Later...

"We're safe in this cave for now," sighed Ericka.

"Ericka, maybe we can go to your blimp!" smiled Mavis. "There are weapons we can use!"

"Mavis sweetheart, her blimp's all the way back at the hotel! Do you know how long it would take to get there?!" whimpered Wanda. "Plus, we would have to go in the morning because there are five monster titans on the loose!"

"Wanda's half-right, Mavis," said Abraham. He pulled out the Monsterfication Ray. "We can use this to change the pack back."

"Are you that stupid? Turning them human is going to make things worse!" growled Johnny.

"They won't be turned into humans; we remade it so if the mindless beast originally was a monster, it'll turn back into a normal monster," said Abraham.

"All right, all we have to do is use the ray and everything will be back to normal," said Mavis; the monsters set off into the wilderness.
