A void of hope and an abyss of despair
It was just me there was nothing there
An extinguished flare, the reminisce of a spark
I tried to reach out but I was lost in the dark
Numb and cold, trapped here alone
A heart pure of gold now turned to stone
The innocence and beauty that there once was
Has faded laid to rest through love and loss
