i was preoccupied with one of my actresses who played sasha when the two blondes walked in. i had to do a double take because it was really weird for the both of them to be standing side by side because it showed my taste.

"hey, i'll be back." i told her and she nodded, going back to her script. i walked over to the blondes, my heart beating a little bit harder then normal. "welcome, armin." i greeted as yelena handed me back my car keys. he looked around, watching as people moved about the studio.

"this is...cool." he responded and i rose an eyebrow. "only cool? it's better than cool, armin." i joked, turning around and waiting for him to follow me. "do you need me?" yelena asked as she was off to the side. i shook my head, "i'm gonna give armin a tour but we leave in a couple of hours so i'll come get you after." she nodded, giving me a longing look before glancing at armin.

she was definitely jealous.

but i ignored it and simply moved on with my day. "okay, so right now we're in studio a. this is basically where all of the shooting happens. most of the sets are built here." i informed as armin looked around with wide eyes. "so...your a film director?" he asked and i nodded. "i thought you knew this, i mean you did send a edible arrangement to this exact studio." i reminded, not letting that memory just poof into thin air.

armin blushed a little, "ahh."

"yeah, ahh indeed." i moved on, bring him to studio b which was next door. "this is the recording studio. we record most of the conversations in the movie here and some additional stuff." he nodded, looking around the recording booth. "this seems legit."

"oh it is."

we made our way out of studio b to go to the offices. specifically my office just so he could look around. "finally, this is my office." i opened the door for him and kept it open. hitch had put a couple of papers on my desk so i felt like it was good to end the tour.

"you really did something for yourself, dakota." armin spoke lowly, not knowing how to approach me. "i had to," i retorted. "i couldn't cry over you forever. even though if i tried, i probably would." i flipped through some papers.

armin sighed, "and for that, i'm really sorry."

"stop saying that, it happened three years ago and i got my answers. everything is fine now."

"but i hurt you, dakota. a lot."

i put down my papers, looking at armin with a unreadable expression. "yeah, you did," i put it to him straight. "there is literally no sugarcoating it; you broke me, armin. you took something that my ex boyfriend's left after taking their fill," i explained, the words just flowing out of me. "i thought i could trust you after being around you for a couple of days but i was wrong. like i always am." i muttered towards the end.

"dakota, i am gonna work hard to make you trust me again. i promise."

"you know another thing you promised me?"

"what?"

"that you'd never leave me."

there was a eerie silence, he probably didn't think i could remember that far into the past. "it's funny because i remember all the nice things you said to me but also the bad," i let out a mock laugh and glanced up at the ceiling. "i wish i could only remember the nice."

"i'm not gonna leave, kota. i have no intention of leaving."

"so instead of promises, could you actually make moves? if you want me, ever in your life again...work for it." i demanded in a soft tone. yes, armin broke me. in a way i thought i could never feel pain again but i trusted him. and yes, i thought i was never gonna talk to him again or even look at him again. and yes, i said i'd kill him but everyone deserved 2nd chances.
